I needed my windshield repaired over the weekend and I was out of time after another company canceled my appointment last minute. I managed to get ahold of Glass Doctors of Annapolis and they set up an appointment within a couple days. They were friendly on the phone, made submitting the claim to the insurance company easy, showed up on time, and did a great job on the installation. Glass Doctors of Annapolis stand head and shoulders above the competition and Ill definitely be working with them again in the future. Its nice to know there are still professional companies out there that care about their customers.

Friendly interactions, professional followup, personable and efficient workers. Price was reasonable - within the average range. When the manufacturer delivered a flawed product, they reinstalled the old glass and when the new one arrived, promptly came over and installed it and it looks great. They took away all the old glass and cleaned up after themselves. Everybody there is a pleasure to work with.

Great value! On selected windows, they provided gas, sealed replacements (double-pane) glass for our original Barber & Ross quality wood windows installed over 19-years ago. We didnt want to install all new vinyl windows at a much greater cost. This Son/Father team was courteous, diligent and professional at all times. The windows look fantastic and will sustain our value for years to come. We highly recommend them.

I needed to replace two large double-sealed windows over the sliding doors. They came out to get exact measurements and completed a what I thought was very professional job.

Glass Doctors of Annapolis replaced of a large window over the front door in November. So far the window is showing no leakage or any problems. Workmanship and responsiveness were perfect. Definitely recommend the Glass Doctors of Annapolis.
