Amazing service from every single employee! Greeted by all and received kind and friendly service which we found refreshing due to the lack of customer service nowadays. Kudos to a great staff and hopefully they are acknowledged for their efforts. We will be back!

The bagels are reallllly good and they have some wild flavors. Six cheese! Hash brown! French toast. All delicious . The all nighter sandwich is out of this world (bacon, egg, and cheese on hash brown bagel)The staff is super awesome - especially Seyi - who made my experience super awesome.

I have eaten here before with no issue. However, I attempted to order on the app this morning and received an order confirmation, as well as funds removed from my bank account. When I got to the location, I was told they didnt have my order in their system so they wouldnt give me the food without paying a second time. I showed the cashier my confirmation, verified it was the correct store, showed her the funds removed, and she still refused to serve me without me paying again. She told me that if I found out I was double charged, shed refund me, but after showing her Id already been charged once I didnt trust Id get my money back if I tried it a second time. Ridiculous.

Quick and friendly service. Family enjoyed their bagels and cold press coffee. For me, the spinach, mushroom and egg bagel was missing flavor. Recommend improving that food item.

I have used this location for catering orders to surprise my daughter at her work twice now. The employees have been very helpful and really nice. The first time, I did not know my daughter would be staying home sick when the delivery was to show up. But they called her, and took it to her house instead. I appreciate that they went out of the way for her, and for me, like that. I do have to note though, that using the website to order can be a pain. It took me far too long to do that, but in spite of that issue I will use them again.

Friendly staff, great service. Very clean location, service was quick. They didnt have any everything bagels when I got there and asked me to wait 10 minutes for them to make me a fresh one for my lox. I did ask for it to go but they gave it to me to eat in, though that was quickly resolved. Ten minutes later I had a delicious lox bagel. The is plenty of seating at this location, indoor and outdoor.

Greek yogurt parfait, Turkey sausage & cheddar cheese two eggs and strawberry smoothie. Smoothie hands down the best I have every had. The sandwich I had it on a French toast bagel its perfect with two eggs. The yogurt was old I didnt realize it until after the purchase. The team is really nice.

I love Einstein Bros Bagels. They are always fresh and delicious. Their coffee is pretty darn good too. Never had anything I didnt like.

After 14 months I’m back, the employees greeted me and were friendly and assisted with my order.The breakfast bagel and coffee were great. The only only thing better was the friendly staff.

Generally they have decent service, but a guy with a mustache didn’t give me my full order after I paid for it. I also purchased a “side of tomato”, but he gave me only one slice, even though there were two halves as my bagel was cut. Double check your orders if he’s working.

This place does a great job going through orders efficiently and the food is always made well.

They do a great job, the bagels an desserts tastes great, and the place is always clean. The workers are very friendly local young people. I am disappointed that during the beginning of Fall and Winter they have stopped selling soup -- who thought that was a good idea? The sold it all Summer when it probably wasnt near as desired. They have also done away with their great Vanilla Hazelnut K-Cups -- sounds like HQ isnt listening to their people on the ground.

I love Einstein bagels. But this particular store did not measure out to be what I expect from this very popular bagel chain. The place was practically empty (only two were taken). I ordered a turkey, bacon avocado on whole honey wheat... Toasted Please!When I picked up my sandwich not only was the bagel un-toasted but also the avocado was missing. The majority of the tables needed to be served. I was going to approach the young lady behind the counter about these little issues (including my sandwich) but she was busy making herself a late. I walked out and ate my bagel sandwich in the car.

Awesome breakfast spot! Coffee is okay. They should definitely serve raw cane sugar at bar.

I come here 2x per week. Very consistent food and friendly people. Even though they say they close at 4pm, I have gotten there at 3:45 and the doors are locked. They also put the chairs up while you are eating at 3:30.

Good food. Bad service. They didnt serve the sides I ordered. I went back to the counter to remind them and the lady was rude with a tone that made it sound like it was my fault.. wouldnt go again.

Ive always enjoyed Einsteins, and Im glad they are back in town. This place is never crowded, though sometimes the service feels like it is slow motion. Most of the time, they are very quick.

Ordered some breakfast sandwiches from here for my wife and I. They were bagels with egg and cheese. It was almost impressive how completely tasteless they were, I mean, they had eggs and cheese, how can those ingredients have absolutely no flavor? Anyway, the people working there were nice. So, two stars.

Unacceptable service! Took 15min for takeout bagel and sandwich.... And they messed up a simple order. I asked for a bagel and a bagel sandwich and even went over my order wih the cashier because she looked unpleasant and spaced out. I received my bagel sandwich with the cream cheese inside and no separate bagel with cream cheese like I requested. Absolutely horrible service. The wait alone deserves 1 star. Never again. Just dont go. And I had to pay more and wait longer for them to give me a bagel with cream cheese...

The bagels are delicious!! The reason I gave only one star is because the service was so awful. The assistant manager was just looking at me while I waited with my kids for more then 3 minutes for someone to help us (there were no more customers waiting and the place was not busy). She was also rude and disrespectful when I ordered. I bought the bagels and went to STARBUCKS for my coffee. Definitely Im not going back there.
