We were hosting a jungle cruise party and came to this place for most of what we needed and they had a great selection. The staff was very helpful with getting balloons. They even mixed up the string color for us! Will come here again for any party needs!

I visited three Party City stores in one day. In my opinion this location was the best. I received great customer from EJ. He made sure I was satisfied before walking out the door. I definitely will return

It was Mothers Day weekend and I went to pick up balloons and accessories to celebrate the occasion. As I anticipated, it was a bit crowded but the young ladies and gentlemen working in the store were very professional, helpful and focused on providing safe, accurate and timely service the customers.It still is a bit frustrating that these stores dont seem to be well stocked for supplies on these big holidays (they should be all the time right, it is their business🤔). How does Party City run out of certain quantities non specific balloons, string, helium, etc? Overstock on these!!!I got the last of this beautiful rose colored balloon 😊. The poor Mothers Day balloon looks like it had been through the ringer but I got it because the selection was limited; it barely lasted through the day (in this picture I have it propped up against the wall under the heart shape balloon so that it can stay up and I can take this picture 😑).Anyway thank you Party City. Im glad to have one near me as these stores are few and far between these days.

My rating is mostly based on balloon purchases, but Ive always had a great experience at this location. Balloon delivery as well as in person, employees are always super friendly and on task. They even gives my kiddos a balloon each when we go in, and it really makes their day.

We got a ordered to balloons to a customer that lived 12 miles. She was Surprised to received the balloons. He couldnt tell her sent them to her cause he didnt know. So she tip him $1.

Very helpful staff who answered all of my questions. They even opened another register so there would not be a line while I was getting my helium balloons filled. Product prices were reasonable, but there is a $1.29 charge per non-mylar balloon to get them filled with helium that I thought was a little pricey.

Great place picked up items from my grandsons birthday party..

The employees are on their cell phones and not too inclined to help you out. I recommend ordering your items online and coming to the store for pickup, this goes for balloons too.

The manager was very unpleasant. Although it was busy in the store, there was need for her to be not so nice. The people that were working with her were not happy with her bad attitude either.

They never have what I need or the stock is low and seems to never have enough. There wasnt enough party favors for any characters that I needed for a party. I would give zero stars but I cant...

Get your party stuff here.. They have it all!

Not your cheapest store, but I think it is the best store with the best merchandise. Party City is the store for what you need to get the party going. Balloons, table covers, plates maps, everything you need expect food and drinks. You should check out the store if you are having a party.

Great balloons

Every employee in the store is huddled up together on their cellphones. When you ask them a question, they feel interupted or a nuisance to even answer you. Most of them have music blaring on their cellphones. Very ghetto. We left and went to target to get Halloween stuff. No thanks

They are open. The store in clean and have the shelves full. I only give 4 star because I couldnt find many decorations for a 70th birthday party. Mostly that had the items till 60. So either everyone turning 70 or the store dont expect many to live that far...just a joke. Ill have to order it online :(

I was disappointed in the customer service. When cashing out I was asked if I found everything okay. I said for the most part but I didnt find a character. The lady didnt say anything. She didnt offer to double check make any other suggestions or even ask what the character was. I wont be shopping there for the next party I have coming up. Amazon or Walmart will get my money.

The product selection was great, as was the service. If the store can have too much stuff - this is it. Because of all the stuff they offer, the store comes off as messy and too much in your face. Crowded shopping, but not from people.

Very disappointed with Party City and this store. I’ve been calling for the last two days to fix something on my pick up order and the phone line is just busy and busy. I contacted customer service and they say they can’t help me because it has to get taken care of at the store the order was placed. Also I messaged Party City through messenger and their respond was that they only have one phone line and that it doesn’t work sometimes, what kind of response it that. Get it working then. Maybe it is a good idea to close up these stores since heir customer service is very poor and they don’t want to fix the phones.

Although they didnt have what I was looking for...I found some wonderful buys.

All of the employees were super friendly. I was looking for a light, but the only lights in my price range were strobe lights. I was concerned about the seizure risk for one of my students, so they took it up to the counter to plug it in and let me test it first. Ultimately, I didnt go with the light, but the other decorations were so cute and the staff was very knowledgeable

Worst customer service ever! We came to buy a knight costume for my son a week after Halloween. We asked to see the costume choices and they said we couldn’t. I asked if they are still selling costumes and they said yes but we have to know which one we want. They couldn’t show us which costumes they had and we would have to go online. What kind of costume store is that? Ridiculous!

Horrible. Only one person working and she was new. On line showed availability of 18 balloons but she couldnt find one. What a waste if 30 minutes.

I thought Walmart took the cake when it came to a poorly run store and lackluster customer service. I will be coming to Annapolis for an event and need to pick up balloons along the way. I have called 3 times in the last week to request information and to place the balloon order. The first time I called, the phone just rang. When I called back, a woman answered the phone and stated that she was busy and had a very long line and she could either place me on hold (but said she didnt know how long I would be on hold) or call back before the store closes to place my balloon order. Well like everyone else, Im busy too! So I chose to call back a few hours later and...no one answered.

I don’t celebrate Kwanzaa, I’ve never felt the need to.
