I have been shopping at this store for more then 6 years.. They have been wonderful and helpful..Very knowledgeable of their products.They even helped me speak Korean. Never followed me around the store. Before the virus you were able to make returns of unopened items..I guess everyone may have their own experience..this is mine

Ladies in the shop were highly rude to me and another customer. apparently their card reader wasn’t working so when i come to the register to get a comb and a hair oil the lady sees me take out my wallet and takes all the products i brought to her, under the register and said “no read? Read sign, no credit/debit” so i wasn’t that irritated at that moment and said fine, “ill see if i have cash in the car”. i come back and she wouldn’t even show me the products i wanted to check out with unless i showed her i had the cash… long story short alot of prejudice actions were preformed that made me never wanting to shop here again and I encourage alot of other people to not shop here either

Small store nice staff not a big selection

I have video of the woman and man talking poorly about a black woman who had just left the store calling her filthy and I assume the woman (who was at the register) wasn’t aware I had come inside bc of the way they were talking. It was about 7:15pm and they close at 7:30. When she realized I witnessed the conversation she rushed me out the store. This was last week maybe 5-28-21 when I went to get beads for my daughters hair.

They are rude and prejudice . The owners follow African Americans around, they know nothing about there inventory, when i called she was very disrespectful, and she has tried to accuse my brother of stealing while 10 other people were in the store, mind you my brother did not steal anything . As a black young lady i will NEVER purchase another thing from this store .

They are big with slot of stuff, they dont budge from behind the counter to help you. They just point, but they have plenty to choose from

Went on yesterday for curbside pickup and lady behind the counter was rude and disrespectful. I called prior before I arrived to see how their curbside pickup worked, she cut me off in the middle of me talking, if you’re going to do curbside pickup at least let me tell you what I’m looking for before I arrive. Never will I shop there again.

They were friendly and helpful although I did not find what I was looking for. I would go back again.

If you try on wigs and your are African American, you have a limit to only try on 3 wigs. This store is run by prejudiced women who only want to take your money.Take your business to Wigs and More down the street!!!

The hair is a bit overpriced but they have a decent selection. Ive seen the owner follow people around the store which is a turn off.

I went to buy a T-shirt and I do not stay and take the next day to change it and they said I could not, because I could take a picture with her. And I have a friend who bought a hair dryer and the week was damaged and did not want to change care are thieves.

They have a variety of inventory but staff are not helpful. She didnt know her inventory. I went in & specifically asked for what I was looking for she showed be one rack I had a question she was gone, she came back I asked my question, moved down the aisle a little had a question about something else again she was gone that repeated until I left. This will be my last resort for purchases!

Very organized some things can be expensive
