The sleep specialist I worked with, Tracie, was very knowledgeable and knew the products very well. She had me try different beds at various price points to make sure my comfort was prioritized. Between her suggestions and sharing info about unique features for each mattress, I believe I ended up with a bed thats perfect for me at a price I was willing to pay. Highly recommend at least walking in if you want a sleep consultation LOL

The Annapolis Mall Sleep Number store was wonderful. They provided a private appointment for us to try the beds, which was vital because my husband is immunocompromised. Greg was very thoughtful and also showed us the features we were interested in and answered all our questions. He and his co-worker worked together seamlessly and gave us a great experience. We have been looking at sleep number beds online for a while now. We decided to walk into the store in Annapolis while Christmas shopping and I am so glad we did!! Tracie was fantastic and didnt just sell us a bed, she showed us the difference and let us feel for ourselves. She didnt try to sell us the biggest, fanciest bed they have- only exactly what was right for us. I felt like Goldilocks and Im so happy we did. Tracie made us feel so comfortable (no pun intended) and I wish I had another need, because I would reach out to her in a heartbeat!!

Loved the experience! While entering Annapolis Mall during a pandemic isnt the most amazing thing, the Sleep Number store itself felt very safe and I personally witnessed staff steam cleaning all common surfaces. I was greeted upon entry by a gentle giant, Anselm Atiomo, who promptly helped me to a seat (I am disabled, and just walked through the mall), offered me a water, and asked how he could help me today. We discussed my needs and concerns before ever going into the actual beds; he was funny, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. He then took me through the try-it process, showing how the bed worked and how it helped while going into detail about the warranty and reliability testing. I tried all of the beds, and the adjustable base, and happily purchased a bed the same day. I will be taking my mother there soon, because I believe she would truly enjoy a Sleep Number, too!It was a wonderful experience and Anselm was very, very awesome.

My wife and I were looking for a new mattress and decided to go into the Sleep Number store in Annapolis. We were greeted by Alex Cox. He asked us for what we were looking for in a mattress then showed us several models. He answered all of our questions in great detail and was very knowledgeable about the mattresses. We picked out the mattress that best meet our needs and I am happy to say we both found our sleep number and theres no longer a need to count sheep to get a good nights rest. Thanks Alex!

I felt so comfortable trying out the sleep number bed. Our sales person was Tracie she is awesome. Tracie walked us through every style mattress and explained everything about the beds. We didn’t feel rushed. I would recommend Annapolis mall sleep number store ask for Tracie. I have bad sciatica and the sleep number bed is a great investment if you want to get some relief and comfort. Yayyyy go sleep number🙂🙂

Great experience! I suggest that you go online and get a full understanding your needs and what questions to ask. The salesman was very informative and patience. He understood Our concern and what would work best for us, as well as, provide options and testing selective mattress based on our comfort. I visited Sleep Number store at the Annapolis Mall on September 7, 2020. Due to the pandemic they checked my temperature before allowing me to enter and the. I met one of the sales representatives. He gave me a demonstration of the bed I was interested in and answered my questions (I had already done research online but wanted to actually feel the bed for myself). I ended up buying the bed there as opposed to online because I wanted the sales rep to get credit for his efforts. I was treated well and felt the store is taking sufficient precautions like wiping stuff down after each use, temperature checks, etc. I’d recommend this store.

Staff member was patient and listened to my concerns. Walking through each step of the comfort levels. I had a great experience from Mr. A (I did not want to misspell his name) and made a purchase a few days later.

We bought a Sleep Number model S3 in February 2020, I was told I had to buy the model S3 because I have a Craftmatic frame. We had app issues right away, the app had my wife and I on the wrong sides of the bed. After several tries with customer service we gave up they could not fix the problem. That didnt bother me too much but just after our 90 day sleep trial was up I realized this bed is over priced JUNK! We have to inflate the bed to 100 once a week then deflate the bed to get our sleep numbers back. I have tried so many sleep numbers but my back and hips still hurt and my limbs fall asleep. My wife cant even find a sleep number that is good for her. I had to buy a $200.00 gel mattress topper to make the bed even close to being comfortable.. And the sides do not hold up when you sit on the edge of the bed, I did ask that question before I bought the bed the sales person said it would be fine. The long and the short of it is DO NOT! buy this bed! I should have returned it within my 90 days and moved on to the Purple or some other bed. *****Update on my bed**** Its been just over a year since I bought my POS bed. I did speak to customer service last summer but they had no answers they just wanted to sell me more junk!!! The sleep number S3 is about ready for the trash talk about a waste of money$$!! I am going to take it to the Annapolis mall store drop it on the floor and tell them where they can put it!!! The other models may be better I dont know?? I offered to buy one at cost because the S3 is junk but nope its $3000. Or nothing!! They dont deserve 1 star this bed is a piece of #!!@...

We have been very happy with Sleep Number, our first mattress lasted 16 yrs so we were confident purchasing another mattress from this store. Spent way too much on an adjustable bed frame and sleep number bed... extremely disappointed as the adjustable bed has been a nightmare. It has never worked properly and we have been repeatedly mistreated by customer service telling us to unplug the unit and plug it in again. Pass on the adjustable frame, it is a 3rd party product and sleep number simply passes you off to the other company that makes excuses about their poor product quality. Search around and buy the adjustable frame elsewhere... save yourself the money, the headache and frustration. 10 months of ownership and a $7,000 sleep number with adjustable frame that does not work. Ridiculous!!!

We just wanted to try them out, felt great, but friends of mine had soooo many problems. They had it returned! Too much trouble if not installed correctly in the beginning... Seems they have many complaints. Cost thousands!

Went to look at beds and our sales person Alex showed us the top three (most expensive) beds and seemed very disinterested in really trying to make a sale or help us, so we left and bought a really nice matttess somewhere else.
