Took my bike here because my rear tire went flat. It seemed fine when they returned it to be but after I got home and tried to ride it the tire almost immediately went flat again. Turns out there was a staple in my tire that they didnt even bother to remove. If I cant trust them to fix a flat tire I definitely cant trust them with anything else.

The team brings an active can-do approach, and provides reliable service at a great value. I always feel welcome in the store and never rushed or hurried. Ive been a loyal customer for over 10 years and have bought many bikes and accessories here. I would not go anywhere else.

I was passing the Bike Doctor in Annapolis, so I stopped in. I just got a new bike and needed new inner tubes. I stopped in a brought the tubes, some hydration and discussed saddles. It was a good experience, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks

Courteous and competent during each visit/phone call leading up to my purchase. When it came time to pick up my new bike, the staff was fully present to answer questions and guide (not push) a selection of accessories, saving me the hours of trial and error. The insides of the shop run like a Swiss watch— just a great overall experience!

This location has a very good inventory of bikes, gear, accessories & cycling related equipment. Their customer service is excellent with knowledgeable & helpful staff that make it easy for customers to get what theyre looking for. Equally important is the ease of parking immediately adjacent & in front of the store.

They are nice, but they installed my tire wrong. They also didnt tell me they were going to charge me to install it, I was planning on doing it myself. Because they did it wrong, I had to drive back out to the shop. I wanted a refund and wanted to fix it myself. They ended up fixing their mistake but not refunding me..

This bike shop is my favorite in Annapolis. They have a friendly, can-do attitude. A couple other shops have good inventory, but they arent as friendly.

I had been searching for a Trek FX6 or FX 5 XL for a Lil while. I follow Bike Doctor Annapolis on IG. Then one day it popped up on my feed that they had 2 to come in. Checked on size and they said they would hold for me to come in and test ride. Came in and tested it and brought it with Trek Credit!! Sweet & Smooth transaction👍🏽✍🏽

We have been going to the Bike Doctor in Annapolis for over 5 years now. The service is always excellent and they have always been so very patient with our older son who is extremely rough on his bike. We’ve purchased At least 4 bikes from them and will continue to service all our bikes with them. Very honest and friendly staff. Kevin and the rest of the team are excellent!!

I went into the Annapolis location today to buy new cleats for my Speedplay ZERO pedals. The person that answered my phone call was Matt and I explained my issue with my existing cleats and asked if I came to the store would they install a new set of cleats and grease my Speedplay pedals. When I showed up, Matt greated me and was very helpful and very proficient. He installed my new walkable Speedplay cleats while the bike mechanic lubed my original zero pedals. He took his time and spent about 10-15 min on the work. I was not charged for that service. I paid for the cleats and they took care of the installation and the service to my pedals. I was very pleased with the service and the professional attention to my needs. I highly recommend Bike Doctor and will visit them again for my service and equipment needs.

I love Bike Doctor. I usually go to the one up in Arnold but the Annapolis location is just as good. I get some parts and stuff like that here a lot. They helped me pick out the perfect set of lights for my bike. All of the staff are helpful, knowledgeable, understandable and friendly. Bike Doctor will always be my go to place ant it should be yours too. (And btw for everybody out there saying they paid me to write this, they didnt. This is my totally honest opinion about them.)

All of these 5-star reviews are spot on. These guys are friendly, energetic and the two times Ive gone there Ive been so impressed by the care they take to make sure youre getting the right service. My bike is a little out of the ordinary and required extra work for the guys to get what I wanted done, and yet I was surprised by incredibly reasonable prices. I needed a go-to bike shop after moving to Annapolis and Im happy to say I need look no further!

The quality of customer service truly makes me want to stick with this shop all the time. I neednt say anything bad about the service offered in other places but I have visited all the bike stores in Annapolis and these guys are head and shoulders above the rest. Great place!

I just bought a bike yesterday...yeah! I had a great experience largely due to the great service I received from Matt and Chris. They were knowledgeable and helpful and I now have a great bike that is just right for me. Really been struggling with bike stores in Annapolis bought my first bike after a 20 plus year lay off, and quickly found the bike was not going to be enough. Bought parts from UK groupset and wheels. Matt put the mess together, spent some time with me and talked about the tech. My bike rocks and I have a shop I can trust. 5 stars is not enough!

I came in with problems on both my bikes. One they fixed in 5 seconds. The other needed a tune up. They slapped it on the bike stand and went to it. Ten minutes later and done. If these guys energy and know-how could be transferred to the federal government our country would change overnight!

Went in with a question about mounting a new saddle expecting to have to buy a new post....the very good looking man behind the counter kindly showed how to make my old post work with my new saddle. Thanks, Ill be back with more dumb questions 😉

I previously gave Bike Doctor 5 stars due to their service department doing great work. My last visit there would have been my last visit ever if I had not previously had such a good experience.I asked the salesman if they had any chain degreaser and his reply was simply nope. I waiting a moment then asked if they ever carried it. He answered if its not on the shelf, we cant get it. Seriously? No explanation, just that. Its a bike shop and they cant get chain degreaser?I went to Annapolis Velo asking for it, but they too were out. The difference is that the salesman looked on the computer and told me they have some coming in next week. He then offered to pour me a bit out of their service departments stock if I needed some now. Thats service. I may be changing my go-to bike shop.

I had a flat tire from a piece of glass on my morning commute. I found this place online and they replaced my tire for me in a flash for less than $20!

Excellent staff, super helpful, convient location.

This place was awful- terrible repair and unacceptably long turn around time. A week and a half to get some spokes replaced and have the wheels trued- and they didnt even true the wheels. Will never go here again. Pretentious staff and unreasonable service. The absolute worst bike shop in the Annapolis area, hands down.
