I am local and was skeptical going into Intrinsic to service my 13 Whaler 370 because I had some preconceived notions about dealers due to a couple of bad experiences in the past, but let me start by saying Intrinsic Yacht blew me away. The wife and I are planning a coastal jaunt around Mothers Day and she wanted to make sure the engines were up to muster before we hit the water (We stored the boat outdoors this past year). We received a warm welcome and the staff could not have been more polite and friendly. The service was top notch, they even went out of their way to explain the benefits of preventive maintenance after they fully inspected the mechanical condition of my outboards without ever pressuring me for an additional sale. They were extremely efficient in meeting my admittedly unrealistic timeline and communicated thoroughly and transparently the entire time. What more can you ask for? Intrinsic will certainly be my new home for maintenance in the future, and maybe for a new boat eventually if the wife is on board :)
