Worst customer service ever. Salesman Mike is argumentative. Manager Mo won’t return a call after 3 attempts over a week.

Just paid for supplies for our roofer. Prices were reasonable

I had a need that I thought was going to be impossible, I needed a tape or adhesive that i could use to bond a piece of vinyl to a stone wall. I thought I was out of luck but fortunately Tim was able to think of a few different options and was super helpful. I was anticipating having to do about 2-3 hours of prep work because of the conditions, but the adhesive that he set me up with was very simple and easy. I am very excited about the help I received and will definitely come back.

Great staff who really know what they are talking about. Always greet you with a smile and get your products to you quickly. If they do not have what you are looking for, they will find it. Highly recommend them for any roofing work.

Terrible customer service, almost always make mistakes on orders, not the best prices. They never call back like they promise with quotes. Really dislike this location. There is no time for that when running a business, their mistakes and delays in getting out quotes cost me money! Their competition does on the spot quotes and also send an e-mail with the quote listing pricing on all materials, etc. instantly, which they honor for 30 days. Roof center has difficulty keeping up with that.Hardly ever got requested receipts as well.They are also often out of stock of common materials.After several chances, no more sticking with their competition!

They have a very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Fair pricing and will have the delivery to you when they say. Very good outfit to deal with if you like for your jobs to run smoothly. And if there delivery driver Benj says he cant delivery it than it cannot be done. He is the best in the business at getting your stuff to the roof top.

They were cheaper than ABC Supply with and without an account. I didnt like having to drive to their store to pay with a credit card but, they were cheaper so it was still worth the drive.
