My friend got us tickets from Groupon to go make candles at this place. Our instructor was patient, helpful, and overall amazing, the entire shop was beautiful, the event was intimate, and I can no make my own candles from scratch. This was a fun place/event, truly informative and great for groups. I’d say call ahead to find out how many groups they can take at a time.Tip-Bring your own wine and food, they allow it. We didn’t know we could bring ours cos we were hungry afterwards.

Interestingly Fun and Amazing Candle ClassMichael was fun and informative. We learned so much and brought our own wine to enjoy along with the class. No need to bring glasses or a wine key because they have them there too.We had a small group which was perfect for the intimate setting and we had a ball creating some pretty fragrant candles. I would definitely take this candle class again!

Im slightly obsessed with candles so this place is like heaven to me! I highly recommend their candle making classes. So fun! Plus you can bring snacks and something to sip on. Its a really great Ladies Night Out.

I chose this particular shop and location because they had the exact brand of wax melts I was looking for. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. ( they even opened a closed packet so I could smell the aroma)! I will be back soon! Oh! They also teach candle making classes!

Beware: they do not make returns easy. You pay your own shipping fee for returns and if you try a candle and don’t like it, they will not accept returns on it. Not sure about other people but how else are you gonna know if you like it or not without burning it? I get that they can’t resell burned candles, but mattress companies can’t resell mattresses and they still offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. In today’s online shopping world I feel like every store should have some satisfaction guarantee, especially since I can’t smell over the internet:)My husband purchased some candles in hopes of filling a void because my go to candle (from another site) has been discontinued. He heard good things about COM and purchased 3 different scents. Cedar Leaf and Lavender made my house smell like a cigar shop. Ocean mist and Sea salt has a very powdery scent making us feel claustrophobic. The third apricot tea is alright in small quantities. We burned these candles just long enough to get a decent smell (about half an hour) before having to put them out. Now I have a some very pricy useless candles sitting around, because COM won’t let me return them. Won’t purchase from this company again.

Beautiful place!!! As soon as u walk in it is warm and inviting. The owners are sweet and very helpful. They are very knowledgeable about different candles and waxes to fit your personal needs.

I ordered two $66 diffusers and returned one. After initial prompt correspondence regarding whether I wanted a refund or another diffuser, I have heard NOTHING. Not even the courtesy of a reply, let alone received the exchange. I am very disappointed that a place so well reviewed would treat me like this. The single star is to acknowledge the professional beginning to this irritating saga.

I placed on an online order with them and couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service and the product. The icing on the cake is that they use the ecological friendly packing peanuts to ship their product. They’re actually made out of corn and dissolve in about a week when exposed to the elements, instead of laying in a dump for years on end. A+++ on all fronts!
