They are the worse....even when i placed my order 5 days before the day delivery and requested to be delivery early in the morning, they delivery afternoon.. they don’t care what you request or wishes are ..When they delivery my wife was gone to work so nobody was home

Terrible experience. I placed a Valentine day order on Jan 27 online, plenty of time ahead right? It originally was with the Severna Park location, it got transferred here to the Annapolis location. I scheduled delivery the day before, Feb 13, it never arrived. Called the store that evening because earlier I wasnt able to get through, they apologized, said they were slamed busy, and it wouldnt be delivered until next day, but said it would go out first thing. I was upset, but OK with this, I get it they are busy. The next day, it isnt delivered first thing, their phone lines are completely down so you cant get a hold of anyone, and if you are lucky enough to get through you just sit on hold waiting for someone to answer. Finally in the afternoon I get someone but at this point it is too late. The person receiving the gift has left the work place it was supposed to be delivered to. Ended up canceling the order. I love edible arrangements, and ill continue to order them, but never from this location again. Stay away if you dont want to waste time trying to get a hold of people to make sure your order is delivered and apparently when they say it will be delivered first thing tomorrow they didnt mean that either... Also the organization at this location seems to be lacking severely because they thought someone called me to tell me, never got a call.

Everything from the placement of the order to the personal touches during the delivery phase was rewarding and exceeded my expectations! Top-notch, high caliber and superior products and service just about sums it up!

Received the Chocolate Dipped Signature Berry Box, and the box it comes in is perfect. The stuffed bear is surprising soft, and the chocolate covered strawberries were absolutely delicious.

Great presentation on both products I picked up and employees have always been quite friendly and attentive.

Love this place. What a wonderful way to give gift.
