I’ve had a great experience at this location until today. I was greeted by an older black man with dreads who obviously doesn’t know how to properly ask for identification. Checked I.D, then needed it again after admitting to not checking it properly the first time. Please keep the other guys on the schedule because this guy is either truly incompetent or just truly aggravating.

Not new to cigars, but was blown away with the largest HUMIDOR, I have ever seen. Excellent staff, courteous, funny AND, Knowledgeable. Gotta turn my friends onto Davids Cigars.

Fantastic place!!! The only problem is that you cant reserve seats, you can only reserve the entire lounge. So if you wanna smoke with 5-10 of your pals, its a toss-up whether or not there will be enough open seats. We had to ask the manager for extra chairs and he was kind enough to oblige.

I went to Davidus because I was told the selection and service were excellent. I picked out a few cigars and decided to pick up a Xikar Triple Tactial while I was there on the night of 9/9/20 and recieved friendly and welcome assistance from a gentleman named Marv. The next afternoon I filled it and lit my first stick with my new torch and noticed that I had a very audible leak in the torch. I promptly returned to the shop and informed them of my leak and asked for an exchange, two employees confirmed my leak and instead of offering a replacement or a refund, they didnt even look at my receipt to see that it wasnt even 24 hours old, I was immediately told that I needed to contact the manufacturer. After contacting Xikar, I was told that I would have pay to have the item shipped to them and pay for tracking, as well as wait 4 to 6 weeks for either replacing defective pieces or replacing the whole torch entirely. I believe that I should be allowed to exchange a defective item well within a 24 hour time period instead of getting brushed aside and told to contact the manufacturer. I will not be coming back.

I go for the fellowship with the guys...great group. Cigars are a bit pricey but theyve got a huge selection. The customer service is really good.

Great selection of cigars and pipe tobacco with a hugh walk in humidor. Helpful employees that know where everything is located. Little pricey but an excellent selection for every budget.

Gigantic selection ranging from sweeter flavored cigars to heavier and bolder flavors means theres something for everyone. The lounge itself has really comfortable leather chairs and enough space to stretch out and watch a game on the flatscreen or just chat with the regulars (all of which are hilarious). Bottled soft drinks are available as well lawn chairs if you want to smoke outside. All in all an outstanding experience that Ill be looking forward to having again.

From the beginner to the more mature cigar smoker, this place has it all. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and a Handshake. That is the way you greet a Customer. I told the gentleman that I was a beginner cigar smoker and I looking for some recommendations. The gentleman recommended a diamond Crown cigar which was absolutely perfect for me. Will be going back many more times.

God help you if youre a woman stopping in to pick up a few cigars for someone. Charles was rude as hell and couldnt be bothered. Justin, on the other hand, very helpful.

The cigar selection is decent. The prices are a little high. The employees are friendly and helpful. If it wasnt for the fact that they lunge on you at the beginning and watch over you like a hawk, in the humidor, the experience would be fine. They need training in how to provide store sevurity without being blatantly obvious and making the customers feel uneasy.Decent selection. Comfortable lounge. High prices. Employees are awkward and obvious when watching over you but when you approach them they ate friendly and helpful.

Good cigar selection, somewhat higher prices but you wouldnt know that unless you travel out of Annapolis. The customer service could definitely be better. Most employees seem to be working there because they want free cigars and an excuse to smoke. The lounge is definitely the best in the area.

Great place to buy and smoke a cigar. Staff is excellent. Well informed on all cigars and extremely helpful. They are well stocked with all brands of cigars. I enjoy smoking the Castro brother cigars. Blue Ridge maduro.

I have been to many cigar bars around the area. I have only been to this cigar store twice. It has good service and nice folks that are inside and outside of the store front. So pull and get a cigar of your choice and enjoy.

Davidus Annapolis hours posted online on Sunday are 10am to 7pm. I rushed to get here at 6:20pm before closing (Feb. 18th) only to be told you guys are closed and register is closed. I came to buy cigars for a party. No notice of an early closing on the door. There’s employees and people in the store. What gives? Disappointed.
