Pleasant experience in this store over the weekend. New Manager introduced himself and helped my son find shoes. First time I’ve experienced a manager doing this. He was working that whole store making sure everyone was ok. Employees did well also.

I bought for my 15 year old son the nike air max, very comfortable and good for training

Typical Champs Sports. Staff was friendly and helpful enough. Prices were actually comparable to online. They have contactless payment and receipts.

Good luck getting help from another of the employees there. There were two girls chatting and one of them seemed extremely annoyed to help me as I asked for a size of a shoe I was interested in. Extremely unpleasant. Take your business elsewhere

They 100% backdoor shoes (employees buy them or sell to friends or resellers for more money) and the employee I dealt with was the most rude person I’ve ever dealt with. Will NEVER go back to that store after today! You call for a size run then day of release half the sizes aren’t there anymore 🤔. Don’t deal with this store it’s not worth your time or energy unless you are willing to pay backdoor prices then this is the spot for you!

Employee sat on display table near entrance staring. Didnt offer help so I left.

They have really bad customer service. I bought a pair of shoes. They never sent my receipt to my email. A girl said they can’t give you the money back if you don’t show the store receipts.....
