Set an appointment in advance for a Friday repair. Waited all day Friday... nothing. Even called... nothing. Waited on Monday... nothing. Tuesday called again. Nothing. Very poor customer service

I used there company in OC so I decided to try them at my restaurant up here and I got the same great service I got down in OC. My walk-in was hot, I called them n the same day they had it fixed. ON A SATURDAY, AT NO EXTRA COST!!!
