Man who states he is the Owner would not cook pizza in oven for an extra 30 seconds upon my request.Literally refused and told me to go else where for pizza if I did not like how it was cooked… Was no compromising. Walked away from me and began ignoring me.2 minutes in oven leaves the dough soggy. I simply wanted an extra 30 seconds of cooking.He stated it is 711 policy to “NOT COOK ONLY 2 SLICES OF PIZZA”…I get this done all the time with no issue until now. owner simply did not want to do an extra task it seems.

Very friendly and they knew what exactly I wanted. And the place is very clean and neatly shelves.

Rarely ever open 24/7. Manager locks up early and stands outside watching people not get in.

This is not toward the store itself but to draw attention to the conduct of one of your employees while in your uniform.A woman in 7-11 uniform entered my office at 3 to 330pm today saying she had just worked a 12 hour shift and needed to use my phone. When i told her i was not able to let people use our office phone, she cussed me out, telling me to kiss her a@@ and f@^k off at the top of her voice, flipping me off as she stormed out and down the street.As someone who knows the impact of proper behavior while in uniform is, this woman (sadly i was too stunned to study her name tag) has cost me ANY desire to patronize your location. Please inform her the importance of proper social behavior standards whenever she is wearing your uniform and perhaps opinion of your worth of patronage will increase.

Nice assortment of snacks and drinks like most 7-elevens. Seem to be a friendly staff.

I walk in every morning and they laugh at me. They know me by name. The guy says my name and the spanish woman with the man in charge start to laugh at me. I dont get it.

Is it possible to give negative stars?The staff closes. 7-11 is supposed to be open 24-7. What is that?!?! The staff actually laughed at me as I tried to open the door. The manager made a throat slash signal to say there closed, and the other guy pointed and laughed. Its sad because theyre supposed to be open until 11... at least according to the sign on their door.
