OMG! They are great and knowledgeable. The lady helped me to pick up right products for my skin and they are working very well.I will definitely go back to the store.
Went to go in to buy some hair product. All the employees were sitting at a table, and I was told, rudely, that they were busy and to come back later. Not sure how a business stays open by turning away customers at 4:45pm. Will not be going back, and will be actively recommending against shopping here.
Just read some of these reviews before posting one myself. Yes, it used to be better at this location. People were friendly. I can see where the person with the racist comment was going with their review. Not sure if it is racist per se, but it seems there is some sort of discrimination or partiality going on there. I think it might depend on who you get to help you. Theres a big lady who I think is the manager, and I find her attitude really off-putting.
Every time I have gone in this store, the sales people have been extremely helpful. Love the products!
I have spent a lot of money at Aveda throughout the years and recently their customer service has been extremely poor and off putting. The team leader Erica and store employee Debbie are very rude and racist. I have been to Aveda Annapolis twice within the last couple of months. Each time I dealt with Debbie and she is very rude and comes across judgemental when you do not go with her product suggestions. When I spoke with the team leader Erica today about Debbie being rude towards me, she had a brunch of excuses for Debbie’s behavior. Erica never offered an apology. I will never shop at this location again while they have rude and racist employees like Erica and Debbie.

Incompetent staff. I have a rewards card and either the system update lost my information or the staff was never putting it in.piss poor store!!!
