Trash. Website says they open at 10am. Google says 11am. Either way, been waiting since 10:30am for someone to show up...its 11:50am. Phone??? A Jersey number with no answer or voicemail. I mean, its a kiosk in the middle of a busy mall. The only store with no employees. I probably should help myself. But Ill just go to the other side of the mall to their competitor. And gladly spend more....for an actual business.
Very happy with their services. I came in with 4 different logos and 42 shirts and hoodies to get pressed. They made edits needed to make all logos work and look great. I was told that everything would be ready in 5-6 days. I dropped them off on a Friday evening and receive a call they were ready 2 days later on Sunday.This was a sample press and I will be going back with more orders for them in the near future!!!Evolve Fitness

Today was my first time visiting. All of the employees were very friendly and personable. They were attentive and communicated regularly how much longer each of my items would take. It is refreshing to shop somewhere that you feel a human touch to things. Not strictly transactional even if it is. Ill be a repeat customer and recommend to anyone needed printed or embroidered clothing whether for work or play.

Slow service. Asked one employee to email me a quote since they were moving to slow for my schedule, never got the quote. Good thing was that they have no minimum number for hat and shirt orders.

RJ is an exceptional representation of what one would want out of an employee. While he had no prior experience pressing numbers and lettering onto a polyester motocross jersey, his precision, patience and care allowed him to get the job done flawlessly. I will certainly be returnng here for the next set of jerseys and team shirts I plan to make! Highly recommended

Great service! Ive had five shirts done and I have never been disappointed. I suggest brining your own shirt to save on cost and if you want DTG I suggest white shirts only with darker colors.

I’ve been using this company for more than a year now. I frequent the Annapolis location and have only visited the Columbia location once. The owners/managers (not sure of their titles) are pleasant enough. There is a quick turnaround time for orders. My biggest concern is that from visit to visit the minimum charge for embroidery orders changes. I’ve ordered products with the same or similar designs and each visit the price changes. Just to be clear prices have changed from month to month and most recently it was only a matter of a few weeks between orders and the prices changed. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for the changes. My biggest concern is that the reps don’t appear to be sticking to the thread count pricing that they quoted me.Recently when I asked about the pricing discrepancies I was told that the min charge for embroidery in the Columbia store is different from the minimum charge for embroidery in the Annapolis store. Products that cost me $15 each a few weeks ago in Columbia cost me $20 each this past Saturday in Annapolis. The rep that helped me in Columbia was the same rep that helped me in Annapolis. The products I ordered most recently were similar in design to the products I ordered a few weeks ago. My recent design included the same font, same height and width, same colors, and in fact a few less characters because I didn’t include line number and crossing year in the order. The BLUF is that my order did not exceed the max thread count for the minimum charge yet I was charged more for this order than the last order. I needed the products right away so I continued with the purchase.I keep my receipts, but unfortunately the receipts don’t specify the thread count for the particular order I’m placing. Most of the work I’ve had done at Flexy has been good, but if I am being honest I am feeling a bit uneasy about continuing to patronize this company. The pricing just doesn’t add up. I found 2 other companies that I will try out in the future. One company ( Blue Heron aka Sew Rogue) used to be in the Annapolis mall but is now online. I miss her being in the mall, but I am going to give her a try again because her pricing and products are consistent. She embroidered some bags for me a few years back, the quality of which are outstanding. The other company is actually in my town. I just found out about them at my chapter meeting on Sunday. I showed them a piece that I had embroidered at Flexy and they gave me a quote for nearly have the price. I will check them out.Note this review reflects my experience. I encourage you to read all reviews, ask questions of the owners/managers, pay attention to how things are priced for other customers as you are waiting to place your order, ask for an electronic print out of your embroidery orders that captures the orders’s thread count, keep your receipts. Also when time permits get additional quotes for the work you want done.
I had a 24 hour deadline to embroidery 30 shirts for my company, and they were able to embroidery all the shirts by the next morning. Definitely the best embroidery shop in town!
You can probably find a better shop & prices, but not quicker turnaround.

This a Urgent matter please read.On 3/28/2019 Westfield Annapolis my girlfriend went to a store named Flexy and ordered some shirts for my daughters birthday party. The guy in the store put the wrong information on one of the shirts. We asked if he could correct the issue he refused. We didnt even want a refund we just wanted the information corrected. The guy working was very rude, Violent and racist. He said you people (Meaning Black People) always want a discount. He threw his coffee mug to the ground (BROKE IT) and made a scene with my 2 old right there. He also threw his business card at me on the ground in front of the security officer. We have to stop these business that are racist I dont care what color you are we all are equal and are people. We all should be treated with respect. I will not tolerate this business to be in my community that has hate, discriminating or disrespectful to any person no matter your color, Religion, Race, color or sex. I ask that you share this and show Westfield Annapolis we will not tolerate this. I have already put in a complaint to Westfield Mangement with a statement as well. I am waiting for a follow up. Please share share and dont spend a dime at this place.Share!!!!! We will not spend at Flexy at all!!! Located in Annapolis Mall MD
