Incredible customer service. They were so helpful helping me to determine the model and shaft length needed for my boat. In addition, they walked me through set up and running of the motor. I cant thank them enough, especially Sally. She was in constant communication with me as we waited for my order to ship in from overseas. Honestly, Ive dealt with a lot of vendors over the years, and Annapolis Hybrid truly stands out as one of the best Ive ever worked with. Highest praises to them!I wound up with an E-Propulsion Sprirt 1.0 Evo, and am very happy with it. Its so wonderfully quiet, and great for getting in and out of the marina and the channel before I unfurl the sail. I ordered a backup battery for peace of mind. When done for the day and our boat is back on the trailer, its very easy to take off the battery and engine/shaft to put in the car.

I contacted Sally at Annapolis Hybrid Marine with questions about Epropulsion motors. She is extremely knowledgeable and very patient, answering all of my questions. She even researched the specs of my boat to insure we ordered the right motor. Excellent customer service and very quick email responses. Zero pressure sales, it took me about 10 days to make my decision and I never felt pressured nor harrassed. I strongly recommend doing business with them and I will definitely be a customer for life.
