Bought some sunglasses that I liked. Could have done without the bad attitude from the sales associate. I should be able to try on any glasses I want without being told I can’t if I am not buying more all because they don’t want to clean them. If I was allowed to keep trying them on I might have bought more.
Horrible customer service experience. Purchased a warranty for my 200 $ glasses and nobody knew how to pull up my information. The person was unable to help me. There were no managers on site and basically I was told oh well theres nothing we can do come back in a few days. The issue is I live 40 minutes away soo to have to drive back is inconvenient. My best advice is just buy your glasses from sunglass hut the actually store.
Repaired my sunglasses and reshaped/refitted them at no cost. Great customer service!
