Tumi, this is one of my favorite stores with a location in the Annapolis Mall. I really like the customer service they provide.

I love TUMI Annapolis! In live in CT but travel to DC often... then I visit TUMI Annapolis for me travel needs. Most recently a luggage belt damaged one of my wheels on my checked bag. I brought it in to TUMI Annapolis to be repaired, but instead they replaced it with a bramd new one! They are sending the damaged luggage back to TUMI sonyhe damaged wheel can be looked at impossible future design upgrades. Well done, TUMI Annapolis!
