So here’s my thing. My father himself has went out of his way to make sure my sisters living room set, tv, computers, etc. was taken care of. Steven &Tim who work at this location has done nothing but work against us in this grieving time. We recently(this week) lost a family member and missed ONE weeks payment for the FIRST time ever with the guys (and we’ve been with this company for almost 2 years) and instead of letting us pay this up coming week they went without permission and changed cards on file and charged a fraudulent credit card charge to someone else’s card and is now taking everything we’ve been consistently paying in out if her house. EVERYTHING! So for future customers with this store please be careful and do not let this branches single store ruin the relationship you have with this company. It’s a great company just a bad apple in the bunch! Thank you!

So.e of the best people work at the Anniston Alabama location. They are always willing to help and go out of there way to locate an item.Products are always in new or like new conditionThey offer same day delivery.

Terrible. Terrible. Management.Misti is phenomenal. Her manager on the other hand over rides her decisions and causes conflict. Tim needs to reconsider his position if he cannot rock with his employees instead of against them.

The ladies are great they are the only reason I continue to rent with Bestway however the prices and the amount of time it takes to get it paid for is ridiculous. I am considering adding to my bill but I know it would be a bad idea considering how long it takes. Misty and Meagan are both really great and polite workers.

Absolutely love the ladies who work here. They are all super friendly and helpful. Purchased our washer and dryer combo here and a few months later added a beautiful farmhouse style kitchen table to our account. I am pleased with their customer service. Also have been helpful if we needed to make a payment arrangement. I recommend this store over Aarons anyday!!

People ate friendly but alot of the furniture is used and they present it as if its new price is doubled what its worth. My sectional is about 1700 I ended up about to pay 3900 and when I told one of the movers about my pillows being messed up so fast he replied with you get what you pay for . So needless to say Im never going back again .

Ordering process was very easy. They have a huge range of products for home. My furniture looks as good as it was seen online. Thumbs Up!

Ordered bedroom suit from these people 3 months ago I still have not received a phone call saying my order has come in. I have however called them several times and they keep telling me that Ashley has not sent the merchandise but it is on their inventory list they do not check back with me they do not call me from time to time telling me theyre still waiting on this they just wait for me to call them. Guess its never coming... very poor service in the store, very poor service.

I have had nothing trouble with these people and i just found out that they dont do a credit check but guess what they report on your credit i have called to talk with someone about and it has been two weeks and still no phone call the do have a manger there but i refuse to talk to him when i first got my account they had it so mess up and had be behide and i called there manger to fix it but the reason i want speak to the manger there he told me that he would call the police and tell them i had something of theres and refuse to give it back and that is not true the had my account so mess up they didnt know when i was due and he tought i was going to give the stuff back and be with my money doesnt work that way so advice to anyone dont rent from them at all.

When my son mess up with them they took it out on me when I had nothing to do with it what make it so bad I bought things off of them paid faithfully but they turn on me because of someone else actions after that I never went back
