We were traveling in a motorhome and the windshield was hit by a rock from a passing semi. Created a pretty big star chip in the windshield. We were about three hours west of Annsiton. Called Glass Doctor, although they were booked for the day Cheryl said she would see if they could help us after we arrived at the Gander RV park in Anniston. She called us back just as we were arriving at the RV park. She told us the tech would be calling us shortly. He did and arrived within 30 min. Although the damage to the windshield was larger than a quarter he repaired it and the results were perfect. Thank you Cheryl for making the extra effort to get us service and thanks to the tech for the excellent job.

The Location in Anniston Alabama does not even answer their telephone, goes straight to a voice mail 2 days in a row. if you are not going to answer the phone then do like Safelite glass and do not even offer a local phone number. It must be nice to run a business and not even have to answer the phone or deal with a customer. how these places stay in business I do not know unless they are just fronts to launder illegal $
