I wouldnt recommend using their service department. I brought in my car (under warranty and purchased from this dealership) for a steering wheel button repair/replacement. The first time I left it they said it would be ready in a day or two, but they never called. I didnt bother with it for a few days as I assumed they were busy. After a few days I called and inquired about my car and was informed they had to order the part. To their credit they did call once and leave a voicemail, but I didnt recognize the number so didnt answer. So after the part was supposed to come in they still hadnt called me so I called them again - they had forgotten to order the part. They were apologetic and told me Id be taken care of and my car would be detailed for the mistake. So I picked up my car and agreed to drop it off again once the part came in. Dropped it off again on a Wednesday and since I was going out of town told them to just call when it was finished. By the next Tuesday they still hadnt called so I had to call again 3 times before I spoke to anyone, but once I did I was cut off mid sentence and told to come pick it up. I arrived after the service dept. closed and collected my car. The button is still not working properly and my car was not detailed. I will be taking my car to a different dealership.

Very Unprofessional. GM Fixed my car in my warranty phase,and gave me a rental car. The same thing broke again and Superior Cadillac In Anniston Alabama Tell me I have to pay for a rental car. Also the part is on back order. And there is no telling when the part will be available. Cadillac /GM Change my mind in owning one of there vehicles. I never thought I would receive this nonsense from Cadillac/GM Ill get out of this vehicle as soon as I can. I dont recommend Cadillac/GM. Poor Satisfaction...

My husband waited over 4 hours for the mechanic department to program a key bob. Which turned out, they could not do. They did not inform him of this matter. That the key bob he had was programmed to another car. Instead they charged him $257.00 for nothing. Plus wanted him to buy a new key bob plus pay extra for more labor. Extremely disappointed with this dealership.

We took our 2016 Cadillac Escalade to get service onJanuary 29th 2020. We were called and told they found something wrong with the motor lifters it would be two days. Then we called two days later and they said they were waiting for parts to come in that they should be there Wednesday and we could pick up our vehicle on Friday February 7th 2020! I called today to ask what time we could pick up our vehicle! Vann with the service department told me they still haven’t gotten parts in for our vehicle he said that they didn’t have any in stock they had to call to other dealerships to try to get them to ship them and they found a dealership that was supposed to shipped them overnight so they would have been there Thursday and they would have had it ready to go today! But the guy at the other dealership didn’t ship them Wednesday ! So now they won’t get the parts till Monday and they might be able to have it ready Tuesday afternoon . That will make two weeks that they have had our Escalade!! I ask Vann if they had a Escalade we could drive since they are keeping our Escalade so long. He ask if we bought our Escalade from them and after I told him no that we bought it from riverside in Rome because they beat y’all’s price,He then said he had two that were both out !I told this Vann that I was very very disappointed with their service department and the time that they had our Cadillac Escalade. He first blamed it on other dealership not shipping when they we’re supposed to!I ask him why didn’t they call and follow up sooner with the other dealership! Then I advised him again that I was really disappointed in the service department and how long they it is taking them to repair our vehicle! He then told me that he was loosing money having our vehicle in his stall that he was loosing 125.00 cause he had our vehicle broke down to repair and can’t move it outside now so he can work on other vehicles in that stall!Now our vehicle is still under warranty! It only has 33,000 miles on it! It’s not our fault our vehicle is having major problems with the motor with only 33,000 miles on it! I just they God it’s still under warranty! I also have a 2017 Cadillac xt5 suv that I bought from them! We love Cadillac have had a lot of them and never had any problems before! But we do expect better service from Cadillac when things do happen! Like a loaner vehicle, and repairs done within a week and spoken to with alittle more empathy and concern!! We love Cadillac and I’m sure will be trading this Escalade for a 2021 but we will NOT buy from superior!!
