The people here are special. The quality of the work they do is outstanding. Metro pcs Is now Metro by T-Mobile. Using the same T-Mobile network that has triple the coverage since 2015. Bringing a BIG BAM to Alabama!

I usually come into this store and have an issue I couldnt get fixed over the phone. I can almost always get my issue fixed within 5 to 10 minutes. Paying my bill? Even less time. This location is great!!

This young lady is responsible for retaining our familys business (we will stay with them a total of 6 phones with this particular MetroPCS store) for over a year with no end in sight, an in this day of phone company hopping, that speaks volumes! While MetroPCS has great product and terrific program offerings, they had us at customer service. Things in the communication world change minute by minute, but we can always count on Tammy and her team to take care of us. Youre doing yourself a disservice if you are with a company who views you as merely a number. Love you, Tammy!!! 💗

I absolutely LOVE Tammy and the girls! They are always hooking me up! They know my family by name and knows what we like. Wasnt too happy with the new guy Mick but Maybe hes still training. He was all over the place. I love this store though. Best in the city!

I will not be back to this location i came in last week interested in a new line ... The female that was there i believe her name was Erica was very rude and snarky and seemed irritated with any questions i had.... You have lost my bussiness im sure along with others due to her attitude towards customers She seems to not care and does not have any respect towards anyone but her self.

I am very satisfied with the service at my local stores. The employees at this site were well informed of products and plans to assist my living in the city of my origin.

I dont see the point in making someone wait 3 months to upgrade a phone if they still have to pay it all at one time. If Im going to pay in full for a phone, then I better get a new one whenever I need to. The while point in making people wait to upgrade, is to make sure they have the other phone almost paid off/ paid off.

The manager has the worst customer service i think his name was Jeff I came in and he was cussing someone out on the phone he did not have knowledge about the device in the store. He trying put me in smaller phone went up the road to Oxford and they hooked me up the store is not same since the DM Tammy has left. I will longer be visiting this store if Jeff the manger worst experience.

This place was an absolute joke! Ive had to go to three different stores to get the help i needed. The first store I went to was their Oxford location and that guy just tried to rip me off so i left immediately. I looked on Google for other locations and found this store. When I went inside i didnt get the welcome a customer should get, but just two girls talking trash about someone. They didnt even say hi or ill be with you shortly. I think i stood there for ten minutes before someone even bothered to say thank you for waiting. Finally when i did get some attention they were both rude and couldnt tell me anything without over riding each other. I just needed a phone. They were saying something about bringing a number over and i told them i couldnt do that and i got advised to go buy a phone from somewhere and then i could get a free phone. Why is it this hard to get a phone? they say everything is going to be free. I already knew how much it was supposed to cost, because id already been to another Metro. They told me a price that made no sense what so ever and when i continued to ask questions they would get snooty with me. I could tell they were lying which is fine, but why are you going to chase customers off. All i needed was a simple phone for work, a working number so i could make calls. thats it! I dont understand lying to me when im coming in to your business already knowing im about to spend money. The bigger girl Della is who im really disappointed in mostly because she had several opportunities to be honest and help me. So yes i left because there was no need to assume my pocket was open and im an idiot and not realize your lying through your teeth the whole time. I went to a location in Jacksonville the next town over and got a phone from those people.

Wanted an Alcatel fierce regular price 149, promotional price 79, Tammy Poindexter tried charging me 249.. needless to say we had words.. how much money is she really pocketing? The, shes deleted the reviews on Facebook, I left a review and was threatened by her family.. I am contacting cooperate, I work hard for my money and will call someone out when they are trying to take advantage beware people check prices!
