I asked for help to find a fuse and the associate at the desk said you’ll have as good as luck as me so look yourself. I told him couldn’t find it and his response was “well neither can I” without going to help look. I went to Auto Zone up the road and got help to find the correct fuse.

Please dont buy a remote bateries here. Just bought one and unfortunately once the package is open we cant exchange it. So how do i suppose to test it in the package?

Disappointed in the response time and getting rebate promised 2 months ago!Your interested in more response but no link/number to call. Simple bought brake pads & routers in Sept-filled out rebate info- they contacted and said should be coming well nothing yet and its Dec. Wont be back-they cant handle this simple thing....

My significant other patronized your store to get rotars for my truck he called before coming in they said they had them in stock they also price matched another stores price I thought awesome he can still get my truck put back together so I have it to drive on Wednesday...well he got home they were totally wrong he had to drive back and get the correct ones and Not 1 single person apologized so Rude.Not Happy 😡

Ordered battery there for my car.Rush from work to get there before closing hour. At the place I found out that the they have different work hours than on their website/google maps.Wouldnt recomend this store to anyone.

Website double billed me for a belt and when I brought it to the attention of the male sales person helping me, a girl behind the counter gave me a bunch of attitude. As she walks away she says Youll have to call customer support. I tell you this every time your in here.. Advance has the worst sales people of any of the auto parts stores. Last week I had to repair the second set of brand new calipers my friend bought. Junk people. Junk parts. Junk website. Shop elsewhere!!

Stood at the register waiting for help for a good five mins & they just ignored me, Great service

Prefer them over AutoZone, I was told by an employee at AutoZone that there was only one oil filter for my vehicle that they sell there. I looked it up when I got home, I found out that there were actually 8 oil filters that fit my vehicle that they stock there.

Cant remember the guys name but holy cow this guy was informative and hes exactly what they needed only place I care to go to anymore solely because of him

My mechanic gets his parts from advance. So far since October 16 Ive had 2 defective starters and 2 cracked caps and rotors. The last one lasted a week.Advance auto parts...where parts are broken in advance
