I recently factory ordered a Jeep Gladiator with this dealership. I have not done a factory order before and the process so far has been outstanding! We agreed on a price, I put down a deposit, and I have been tracking my Jeep through Jeep chat (very helpful as well). It should be arriving soon!

This place took great care of me. It felt like how dealerships used to be. Very involved staff through the whole sale. Darrin and Pete in sales really worked with me and got me just what I was looking for, while making the whole process feel fun instead of a chore. Taruj and Jobi make the paperwork a breeze, and working through the finances with Tony was like B.S.-ing with an old buddy. It was nice bringing in my jeep for service...the service area was clean and not all cluttered up like most new car dealerships.All the employees were happy to chat and this even included the service manager. So often the Manager hides away in his or her office. Not here ...Justin was actively listening and interacting in many conversations and just wanted to be helpful and talk about cars....Definitely a nice experience.Thanks Service...oh!! cant forget parts. The parts manager was also really laid back and super nice and helpful!!

The first time going to this dealership I was looking at used Jeep’s. Javier was the salesman that helped me out and found 2 that he thought I might like. I was still doing some research & looking at other dealerships & told him I wasn’t ready to purchase anything yet. I told him I’d be back. I was in contact with him for a little bit asking questions about other Jeep’s. About 2 weeks later I came back to test drive a 2021 Jeep Compass sport. I didn’t like it and test drove a 2021 Jeep Compass latitude. Fell in love. Once again Javier helped me out. When purchasing the Jeep there was a small misunderstanding but the finance manger & sales manager was able to fix it. I got a great deal and the experience was awesome. Javier and everyone there was very helpful & made sure I understood everything. I definitely will recommend this place to others who are looking for a vehicle.

When I purchased my vehicle the service director Justin Harman got me in and took care of me. When my vehicle was having issues he got me in and out with a loaner so I wouldn’t have to miss my prior engagement. I spent 5 minutes at the dealer getting a loaner and having work done on my car. Since I found out he is no longer there I will be finding out where he is and following the amazing customer focused and highly reputable director who went above and beyond for his clients.

I would like to Eric Hochstedler he was absolutely amazing he was helpful, polite and friendly. I went with a vehicle in mind however I was not thinking I would be able to walk out the same day with it since I was so short on time. I have to say they where amazingly fast I was done within 2 and a half hours . I drove off with my new car . He was honest and made things go smoothly. BUYER BEWARE - this is sketchy group. Sold a Jeep out from under me because I didnt do financing through them or take their extended warranty. Called multiple times to confirm the car was set aside and we were good to go. Was told multiple times over 24hr period the car was set aside for me, purchase order was complete, and get a last minute call that it was sold. Very unprofessional group of people. Would not recommend doing business with this company. Jeep should be ashamed for having their logo associated with this dealership.

They had my vehicle for ALMOST A MONTHS, for warranty work. Provided a rental(covered under my warranty). They refused to pay the whole bill, even though it was covered and they promised me it was going to be paid for. Found out they denied a couple hundred bucks of it and I was charged. Causing financial stress. Went in and talked to Justin the service Manger, what a joke! He kept promising to call me. I called him several times, finally went in and he again LIED TO ME! got a check finally, But seriously??Then I dealt with Kevin the sales manager and Ive been waiting 6 hours for a call back. Called 2 hours ago and he said he would call me within 25 minutes.Shame on them for the dirty practice and horrible way they treat their customers. Bad business practices and LIES LIES and more LIES!!

This dealership was a breath of fresh air. How often do our past experiences dictate our decisions for how we decide to choose and trust what we do in the future. Our country has been in turmoil with people in power creating a mistrust for we the people. I want to trust my fellow man for doing what is right because he has character and integrity. Yet our Washington leaders struggle to muster up just a small amount of this to model it for the rest of us to see.Antioch Chrysler stepped right up to show they were the right stuff. I prayed about my decision with the used truck decision 388 miles away before I went into my final conversation with the GM about arrangements to secure the used car I wanted to buy from them. Later that morning the prayers were clearly answered because when I told the man in charge why I couldnt just hop in a car to get up and make a deal with them, and what my journey was looking like as a Christian with this truck in the future, he spoke up and said we are a Christian organization. I new something was already happening. Then I scrutinized his comment with, a lot of people say that, and he said, no we really are. Jake your salesperson just got saved because of his uncle reaching out and sharing the gospel just recently and we are putting up our cross on the roof of our building today, I knew this dealership was the real deal.I praise God for leading me to them and I praise them to be used as instruments to Glorify God. It is a testament when brothers in Christ are connected how beautiful a transaction will play out. I will make it a point to go no other place but to this dealership because of what took place. Amen. Buyer BewareMy wife and I were beyond ecstatic to buy a new Jeep for our family. We saved a long time to buy an SUV that fit our needs - we drove down to Antioch from WI to look a Jeep that was listed. A different Jeep caught our eye, the sales process went smooth, our one year old rang the bell and we took picture proudly with our new vehicle.Within two days of owning this Jeep the check engine light came on. When we called and spoke with our salesman and the manager of Dodge Antioch, he basically told us so sad, too bad, car is sold as is and tried to resell us the extended warranty. Well, in the state of WI its illegal to sell a vehicle that wont pass emissions, and thats exactly what this dealership did.We now have had this Jeep to our mechanic twice and a third time to a Jeep dealership with already spending over $2000 in repair to the evaporative system with the check engine to continue to come on. At this point Im pretty sure this dealership sold us a lemon at the cost of $25000. Oh and by the way- it would of been more if I didnt catch they were trying to slip in an extra $1k in a reconditioning fee.This dealership obviously does not care about the quality of the vehicles they are selling. Dont trust this dealership and avoid the nightmare we are experiencing.

Had a oil change and tire rotation. Replace the cabin filter which was sprayed with disinfectant. The smell was horrible for a day. After 2 days, it subsided.

I was accidentally misquoted on the labor via the parts department for an install of a trailer package on my jeep. When the install happened I was informed that was incorrect. Rather than charge me the day and half labor they honored the price I was accidentally quoted. Kim was honest and upfront me with about that in addition to why a leak in my car was unable to be fixed. I appreciated the honesty and the good business, take care of the customer approach they gave to me. I appreciated everything they did and will be going back in the future.

I have been to 2 other dealerships trying to fix my daytime running light for being out for almost two years. No one at fox lake or gurnee could figure it out or took the time to. Then my fog lights went out with brand new bulbs so i figured it was electrical. I told them to contact gurnee and fox lake for previous records of what they fixed or replaced and said we will look into it. Within a week they figured out it was the BCM and promptly replaced it and reprogrammed it. Its been working perfectly ever since. Thank you so much to the mechanics who worked on this and finally figured out the problem. All my lights are working and its great and weird at the same time! Thank you thank you!

I went to this dealership this morning, with every intention of purchasing a used certified pre owned vehicle. When it came time to the deal, they added on extra fees to the tune of around $2200 on top of their listed internet price. The manager explained to me that it was the doc, car, and reconditioning fee. (Which is advertised as $300 on their website). I asked why I, as the purchaser am bearing the cost of him reconditioning the car, and he said that’s how all of his used cars are priced. I explained to him, then he should include that in the list price so it doesn’t feel like the customer is being scammed out of a couple extra thousand dollars.and he proceeded to tell me that if it was in the list price then I wouldn’t be there to purchase the vehicle. Which is absolutely false. He has no idea what my budget is or how much money I have in the bank to put towards the vehicle. I may have given him a dollar amount of what I want to pay per month, but the rest is undisclosed. I felt very offended, and that he was trying to take advantage of the fact that I was a woman, and wouldn’t be able to stand up to him. Oh-and when I asked to see the price breakdown the first time, before we even got to me speaking to the manager, he charged me “the wrong tax”-said he made a mistake and put in Chicago tax. I wouldn’t waste your time here, unless you’re looking to get hustled.

Who was first in line???After finding a Grand Cherokee Trailhawk at a reasonable price, I called ahead and emailed to confirm the vehicles availability. In order to get pre-qualified the dealer hard hit my credit and coordinated an appointment and a pickup date per their website recommendation. I told them I was sold and wanted as much paperwork completed ahead of time as I was trading in my wifes car on her birthday and also in an effort to be conscious of the COVID Pandemic wanting as little face to face time as possible. All seemed well up to that point.Red Flag #1:Price negotiation seemed sketchy and lacking details on dealer fees and qualified APR on the loan after running my credit. Communication was back and fourth over the phone calls and texts between three different people rather than a simple email as I had received from other dealers.Undisclosed Dealer fees rivaled the sales tax!Red Flag #2:They would not give me a fair trade in estimate. I gave them the VIN and exterior and interior pictures of the trade in. Even with all that they offered less than $4500 under Kelly blue book trade in value. I get needing to see the car but that threw off out the door pricing estimates and sales tax numbers they could give me. Seemed like I was gonna get the squeeze when I walked in the door rather than giving me upfront pricing transparency.Even with the red flags I was ready for my appointment and ready to trade in my wifes car for her birthday. My Appointment rolls around and I call to confirm everything as Im heading out the door with the wife and kids packed up for the BIG BIRTHDAY SURPRISE! Well Folks... the Surprise was on Me. They tell me over the phone, We just texted you...we sold the vehicle last night to someone else who came in before you got here.”Ouch! Talk about a disappointed wife on her birthday.I get that you need to sell, but if you’re going to run through price negotiation, asking for trade in pictures and details, asking for pics of drivers license, and proof of insurance, hard hitting my credit, and scheduling an appointment to close the deal, then have the decency to follow through with the sale!You didnt earn my business... you earned this review.I was prepared to pay up to 50% cash down payment...I’d think that would have been appealing to the dealer.Not happy with my experience in the least. I’m happy for whoever got the Jeep. I’m just upset I got bumped in line with these folks. AND I have a lower credit score to boot now.I mean technically they did their job and sold their car. I must say they seemed eager and kind the whole time over the phone.I went through a high and low of emotions here...At this point I guess I don’t know if I should have thanked them for their time, or scheduled a proctological exam.Thanks Antioch Jeep!

We purchased a used vehicle on Friday 2-7-2020. The interactions were done online for information etc. We drove 7 hours from our residence in Minnesota.We arrived at about 6:30 PM. as soon as we parked our car we were met by 2 reps that were standing by the car we were buying and introduced us to a sales agent.We inspected the vehicle and then went in to finalize purchase.Everyone we interacted with was very professional and extremely friendly.Paper work went well with financing and getting excellent rate.It was actually very enjoyable meeting and working with all at the dealership. No one wears a mask or social distances at this dealership. If you are concerned about COVID-19 then take an abundance of caution here. Also, there is no mention of sanitizing or precautions they are taking to keep anyone safe. The service department was very good, had this been last year I would give them a 5 star review, but business as usual doesnt keep people safe.

Each time he batted for me, the deal got better.We agreed on a great price. Just got back from Antioch CDJR. Went out for the 2nd time due to the selection. The first time was a year ago and I bought a vehicle from somewhere else due to price. The numbers just wouldnt work. I get it. This time I went out, over an hour away, again for the same reason. Theyve got a good selection of trucks. Got there for my appointment and was greeted by Jeremy. He took my keys to the vehicle I was looking to trade in and came back with keys to a Jeep. That wouldnt work because I set up an appointment to look at a Ram. Thats ok, maybe its just a mix up. We go on a test drive after he got the right keys and normally a car salesman has filler conversation. Jeremy explained the features of the car and then doesnt say much else. As were driving he looks at his phone a few times and then takes a picture of the sunset. Eventually we get back to the dealership after more uncomfortable silence and he proceeds to try to sell me the truck at the price it was listed for and offers me 2000 less on my trade in then what I was offered. He then does the whole let me check with my manager thing a couple of times and comes back with a little bit better of a number but tries to sell me the certified package into the bargain. At this point I tell him that I drove out there for over an hour because Jake told me via text that theyd do the best they could to be competitive with price if I brought in my offer from another dealer. That was obviously not what was happening. I told Jeremy I needed my keys and began leaving once I got them. As I get into my truck I hear someone yell something. Turns out it was Jeremy saying that his manager said he would give me another 1000 for my trade in. I said I would call if something changed. It wont. I get what their trying to do but Im not going to waste time with the games you want to play. Be transparent and Ill do business. Is it that hard to do?

I would not recommend this dealership. They raised the price of the vehicle I intended to purchase, said it would also cost me a couple thousand extra to activate the Jeep warranty (when it was already Jeep certified), and offered me a couple thousand less on my trade-in compared to KBB and NADA value. Awful experience. Look elsewhere.

Upon my arrival I was greeted at the door by Robert.I didn’t think it was going to be possible to get a car, let alone, a brand new car. My credit score and the fact that I was upside-down on my trade in we’re not in my favor. Robert sat down with me, talked me through everything and made me feel at ease. Robert, walked me through the lot and showed me a few cars that were within my budget, he said he just wanted me to fall in love with a car. Now, I don’t fall in love with cars. When we stumbled across the orange Jeep Compass, I was in love. He took me on a test drive and I was very comfortable. He has a way of putting you at ease, as if your talking to a friend. Needless to say, I walked out with my new Jeep Compass and am absolutely satisfied with my purchase and my salesmen, Robert. I will never go to another salesman after my wonderful buying experience. My experience with Antioch Chrysler Dodge was a good one. I was a used car customer who bought a 2014 BMW 335ix.The people I dealt with, Chris and Tom, treated me well. They were down to earth guys, who youd want to do business with. Right from the start, even though I first looked at my car during closing time and during a snow storm, Tom took the time to speak with me about the car. He was responsive to my texts, and communicated to ensure my time was used effectively. Chris, the sales person, made the test drive lighthearted, fun, and straightforward. When it came time to negotiate, that was easy too. Since the car was already priced so competitively, I didnt really have to hate the dreaded difficult negotiations we all hate. I would estimate they were asking at least $5k less than what I would have paid in the city making the sales process fairly simple.The only reason I am not giving five stars is because they they threw away the license plate screws to the BMW and didnt have any new ones to replace them with. They sort of fumbled at the goal line, causing me to drive away with only a front plate, but overall the core experience I had with this dealer was very positive. Next time Im in the market, new or used, I wouldnt hesitate to go to Antioch Jeep Dodge again for a car.

Bought a used Caravan from here in November of 2019. Less than one month later the drivers side window collapsed inside the door. They charged me $400+ to fix this and this was considered cutting me a deal. I suspected the HVAC in the van was not functioning properly so during this repair I asked them to take a look at that. They told me that all the vents functioned as designed, blowing both hot and cold air (I have the invoice to show for it). Here I am in the summer months with no A/C in any vents except the drivers side and $1000+ quote from another Dodge dealer to fix the A/C. I will never do business here again, and I would urge others to look elsewhere for used vehicles. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, would give zero stars if possible.
