Another good experience with the service department at Kunes and especially working with Ken. Dropped my car off early and Ken managed to have someone get started on it right away so was able to get the parts ordered and installed the next day. This meant I got my car back on the Friday before the long Labor Day weekend as opposed to the following Tuesday. There was a little confusion on the cost of the job but Ken honored a previous quote so it worked out okay for both sides. Thanks for all your help Ken.

I live in Colorado and had been looking for a Ford 450 Super Duty with specific options on it. I found the one I wanted at Kunes Country Ford of Antioch. I contacted them and worked with a great sales guy, Sean Lane. Sean was able to answer all my questions on the truck. When I decided I wanted to purchase it, we were able to negotiate a great price for the truck. I was able to handle all the financing issues over the phone with Jesse and make sure it was all set before I flew out to pick up the truck. Sean graciously picked me up at the airport and took me to the dealership. Again he was very good about going over the trucks features. Even got my phone paired and all set up with the Ford app. I was able to sign paperwork quickly and get on my way back to Colorado.
My experience with Kunes Country Ford of Antioch, was challenging and shaky in the start of my visit, but in the end after a few days of texting back and forth with Andrew . They got me a deal that was affordable for me and they really worked with me and I can say that I was very happy with the out come. So now Im back driving a car I love and wanted... So go and visit Kunes Country Ford of Antioch IL and let them get you in a CAR and drive away happy.
A simple oil change and tire rotation took an hour and 45 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. It appears that they are so far backed up in their work and do not have an adequate amount of help that it takes three weeks to get an appointment and then you have to sit and wait for your car much longer than it should possibly take. In addition, they were supposed to do the recall notice on my car and said they simply didn’t have time to do it. I will not seek out this dealer to do work in the future.

Horrible dealership! Go to any other Ford but this one. They lie, misleading and do not do anything positive for there customers. They will tell u things that they will not no where near come close to doing for you. If your pre approved they will pick what car they are wanting to finance you. Most dealers tell you how much you are pre approved. Then you look for cars that interest you in that dollar amount. Not them everything is secret. You can leave in a car and sign a written contract thats binding. They will call u back a month later telling u the bank withdrew and bring the car back and we find another bank. They dont! Its a scam and they keep your deposit. Do not go to this dealership. They will scam you...
I have worked in he car industry for 7 years and have never experienced a more professional and kind service department in my life. I was on my honeymoon at an AirBnB right over the line in Wisconsin and my check engine came on in my fusion. Kunes Fords service department was slammed. Ken and the service manager Katrina went absolutely above and beyond to help me with my car. Knowing they would never see me again as I live in Chicago, they could have shrugged me off, but instead diagnosed and repaired my vehicle the same day. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate Katrina and Ken and the entire service department. Thank you Kunes Ford for being the best service department I have ever had contact with.

Not very happy with this place. Lied to me about Sirius radio when I purchased the vehicle. Problems with the hands free phone app. Been back there twice with no resolution to the problem. Half hour drive to get there and half hour back. Will need at least one more appointment. Not good service. Seem real good at blaming everyone else and not getting anything done

Went into the dealership looking for new HD trucks.. but they only had a few used ones. Went to test drive both. We went to work with the salesman on numbers on this $90k truck.He asked me `Are you a guaranteed buyer?`. I said, Sure, but Id like to see numbers first. He lite up and went to report to his manager. He comes back with the `four square` dealership numbers game where they put in interest, trade-in value, money down, etc and play with the numbers to think you are getting a good deal.This paper was blank, and he asked me to sign at the bottom!! I said, No! Im not signing a blank piece of paper. He visibly got really mad, like red in the face. He sternly said, I get $10 dollars if you sign here. I said, Ill give you $10 if I dont have to sign. From there it was an argument.Then the manager came over, and got to talking... he eventually was like, You need this diesel truck if you are towing your trailer the mountains, etc, etc, etc. His poor performance as a salesman was not going to get me to sign that paper.This dealership was actually doing a decades old numbers trick on me. I cant believe it! Stay away!! Also, the inside of the building looked like it was a mechanics shop of 25 years. Old, greasy, out of date, dirty. Find another dealership!
I called and scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I spoke to Katrina, she was very professional and she was able to get me in quickly. The service department greeted me on the day of my appointment and completed the work quickly. Information was exchanged regarding their findings during their inspection and recommendations were given. I will be coming for an oil change again in 6,000 miles. I was hoping that there was an oil change package deal, but none were offered at the time of this appointment. The oil change was $50.00 for a Ford F-250. This aspect however did not change the overall service rating.

I just purchased a new vehicle at Kunes Ford in Antioch. Alexia Rosenbush was the salesperson, and both she and Evan in Finance were wonderful! I first asked to see what they had in new vehicles in my price range, and Alexia took me to several options. I test drove the first one that I saw and liked, and decided to buy it same day. Alexia was very helpful in addressing several factors that made purchasing at this time the right thing to do. I got more for my trade in than I ever expected, a rebate from Ford, and was also given loan flexibility options in Finance. Evan was extremely helpful in securing loan terms that would keep my payments comfortably within my range. On the new car I have four separate warranties, one of which is Kunes complimentary lifetime powertrain warranty. I have never heard of that anywhere else. It has been nothing but a wonderful experience dealing with Kunes Ford, and I would highly recommend!

Needed an Oil change and 3-4 items looked at before we took a family road trip. Told 2 service reps that my car couldn’t stay overnight, because we had a road trip. Both completely understood and said they would have the car ready and just do the oil change and whatever else they could before they closed; so I could pick it up. Dropped the car off at 9am. 6:30pm rolls around and no updates. Called and service was closed. No updates on my car. Called the next morning and they didn’t do a single thing the whole day they had the car.. they were “diagnosing”. I told the manager I needed and oil change and the car out as soon as possible.Long story short, dropped the car off for and oil change and 5 other quirks.. Took them 2 days to get an oil change and nothing else is fixed. Won’t be taking my car here anymore. Didn’t even have the courtesy to call me and let me know they were keeping the car. Great customer service, Im sure Henry Ford would be proud.

Kunes country ford antioch illonois is as low quality repair on this side of the state as it gets. I went it to install and align my tires, but what I received was an utter broken car. Their dirt poor quality of repair managed to damage all my tire pressure sensors and ripped the bead on one of my tires. To add more to the petty behavior, they also took my center cap of my rim. Finally, they refused all wrong doing sent me home with less money and more of a broken car. Save your hard earned money and look for a different company
We have been looking for awhile for a different truck. We came across a 2017 Ford F-150 online at Kunes Country in Antioch, Illinois and inquired about it. The truck was available and they set us up for a test drive later that day. We met with the Russell and went for a test drive. Russell was very informative about the vehicle and when we decided to purchase he quickly walked us through the process. Our experience with Russell and Kunes Country was excellent!

Poor service experience start to finish. Service advisor was rude and seemed bothered by me asking questions regarding my car. He said “I’m sure your husband would understand.” As if I’m incapable because I am not a man. Never going back.

Kunes provides competent service on my Ford vehicles. I purchased 7 vehicles over the years and they were all handled professionally. Ken in service handles my cars expertly. He informs my about any work before it was done.
Beware!!! They will trick you with getting close to your current payment using bi weekly payments. They will double your payment. Also they will pull credit from Chase, BMO harris, and Capital one. Before I signed anything I asked for all the rates. Chase was the lowest (3.9%) as I had my pervious car loan through them. I was told this is who I would have my loan through. I received a message through capital one for the loan at 5%.
We had a great experience purchasing a truck from Russell. He was very prompt getting back to us on all our questions. We found the truck online and flew in from out of state. He arranged pick up from the airport and had everything ready to go when we arrived. Would 100% do business with them again!

Brought my truck in for an oil change ask them to look over everything check out the low oil pressure light… they didn’t do anything but the oil change. The report came back everything else was fine with the truck but hard to believe cause they couldn’t even fix the sensor like I asked or tell me I needed DEF fluid. Next time I’ll just do it myself or take it somewhere else wanted to have dealer do it to save myself some time but clearly not

Updating my review from a 5 star to 1 star due to the poor customer service I’ve had. I purchased the “Ziridium” paint protection plan with Kunes and it took 2 weeks of non stop calling to get a appointment scheduled to take my 2021 F450 in. Finally got a date scheduled dropped it off to get the paint coated and Sirius XM activated. Within 4 hours I got a call saying it was done. (Washed, clay bar, buff, and coated) Showed up later in the day and saw the truck was never buffed or even decontaminated with a clay bar since there was still bugs all over my front end and swirl marks all over the truck. Was told by Tony the sales manager that he will take care of it and he’ll contact me the following day. Took another week of me calling the dealership to get an answer. They decided to take it to a third party to get done, I agreed and dropped the truck off. Once again contacted Tony the following day around 5pm and he told me the truck was done the night before. Showed up to pick the truck up and once again I could tell the truck was not buffed as there were still swirl marks as well as running water spots on the roof and back glass from when I washed the truck on the weekend. As well as Sirius XM still not activated. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PROTECTION PLAN.
Purchased a vehicle 3 months ago, certified. 14 hours after the purchase, the sunroof broke. We brought it in and was told it just needed one part, then later on, we were told the entire sunroof needed to be replaced for $10,000 (40% of the amount we paid to purchase the whole vehicle). After being put in limbo for months about whether or not it was covered under warranty, we were told it was not. The check engine light for some evap and fuel tank vacuum codes also came on a couple weeks ago, and we were told after paying $80 that this wouldnt be covered under warranty either.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else... they have been great every step of the way. Russ was awesome and made the process simple, and was very helpful. The service so far has been fantastic as well, if you like Ford, check out Kunes.

I had a fabulous experience with Kunes Ford in Antioch!!! Russell was AWESOME and really the whole team couldn’t have been kinder. I came in wanting to test drive a Bronco Sport just to see if it was a vehicle I would consider, and Russell put me in the Area 51 blue/grey color which totally fit me to a T. Obviously it drove like a dream and is super sporty/trendy. They gave me to space to think about it and I was back the next day to purchase because I felt really confident about my decision to purchase from Kunes. I will 100% be making all of my future vehicle purchases from Kunes.
Brought our 2017 car in and was told the fix would cost over $2000 (not under warranty). I was assured the work they proposed would definitely take care of the problem.One week later I had to go back a second time to have them reattach something they left hanging underneath the car.Three weeks later the initial problem was still there and I was told it would now be an additional $2400 to do more work to fix the initial problem (also not under warranty).In four weeks was charged $4,400.00 out of pocket. I feel If they had correctly diagnosed the problem initially and told me it would be $4,400 to fix the problem I may have made a different decision going forward. However I had already spent $2000 for their initial work that failed to repair the problem and I felt stuck with no options but to ok the additional $2400 repair.Maybe it was all necessary work to repair the problem. Maybe not. I don’t know. But what I do know is that I initially trusted their word that they could repair the car for $2000. They didn’t deliver on that and instead they more than doubled the cost of the repair. I am out time and money and additionally I have completely lost confidence in their service department.I will not go back.

Thank you!The reasoning behind my low review is the fact that in SUB ZERO temperatures, you’d think that the tech adding fluids, would have put in windshield fluid rated for SUB ZERO temperature. Typically in winter, The roads are covered in salt, which means your windshield is covered in salt. That’s what windshield washer fluid is for! My windshield washer fluid is currently the consistency of a slushy that’s too hard to drink out of a straw.. really????? We live in Illinois.. THANKS, For putting my family and myself in jeopardy. Now I’m sitting outside, with a hair dryer, trying to thaw this block of ice in -5 degrees..To top it off, the 2 tires I purchased, don’t match my current tires. Very possible they don’t make the white text Michelin tire anymore, but that would have been nice to know, prior to spending $500.I said this before, after dealing with the shady salesman Russel- I will not be returning to Kunes Ford in Antioch.

I drove a very long distance to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, as I liked the salesman. In the end, the nice guy finished last. They slipped in a $950 fee for a “150 point safety inspection.” I later discovered, it takes about 15 minutes to perform this state mandated safety review. Pulled into my driveway only to be teased by my neighbor that a break Lamp was burned out. Some inspection! Used toothpicks in a storage compartment and, ready...toenail clippings in the glove box! All this for only 35 thousand dollars! I complained to management. Two weeks later I started getting unwanted magazine subscriptions in the mail. The dealership manager had such a bruised ego, the SOB filled out magazine subscription cards in my name. This company can kiss my, well, you know the rest.
At this point I will only be setting up my service appointments through Katrina Resh. Shes just great! Always going the extra mile in customer satisfaction. She is super helpful and always makes sure any of my questions are answered and anything extra I need to know is layed out on the table. Honest, responsible and always willing to learn new things so that I can better understand the work being done on my car. I am all about being able to trust my mechanic and the people working with them and after my last visit to Kunes of Antioch I can say that I trust Kat and the tech that has been working on my vehicle to get the job done right even if its a wonky emergency appointment right after a major holiday when theyre all booked up. I Truly wish I could give this establishment a higher rating. Alexia is an amazing finance person and their sales team is impeccable. I got into a very serious car crash on Saturday and they had me and my husband in a new vehicle with 3 hours after the incident. They are truly amazing people. I will continue to buy vehicles from them. They care about their customers.

Very satisfied with service, fast efficient and very friendly. Only exception, when (I a female) stand in service with 3 people on phone or not, not one looked up to say be right with you I was not invisible for 5 minutes. I do love your service dept.i will be basck
I went to Kunes Country Ford to look at an F150 they had for sale. I had the pleasure of being helped by Jessica who made the entire experience a blast. Super energetic and people friendly! She took the time to make sure the truck was everything I wanted. Would definitely buy from them again! 10/10
Car Listed 5800$ went in told me me 8,800 also lied about the car being rust free did not even bother to Atleast clean it car smelled moldy and had water stains all over it not to mention the manager has no respect simply stated I did not understand how the price was so drastically different manger got real aggressive about my knowledge of car buying all I wanted was a daily have no idea how my 40,000 car had 4000 in sales tax and plate renewal but a 5800$ car has almost 4,000 dollars in plate transfer and sales tax not to mention a 1000 accessory fee maybe that was the filth and rust offered on the vehicleI’m a very down to earth person when the manager showed me the price and started getting aggressive about fees and car buying and claiming I don’t know what I’m talking about. I just said no thanks and left thank you Jess the sales person for being kind and your honesty you deserve to have a better workplace
Great service, professional and friendly. However waiting room needs much improvement. My wife accompanied me and was very disappointed with waiting area comparison to other dealerships.
The service writers, Ken in particular is so rude and condescending. He talks to women as if they are stupid. If they hadn’t given me a lifetime power trane warranty I wouldn’t take it back for anything.
Jessica Zendejas was by far the best car sales person I have ever worked with. I purchased my 17th car from her, so I have worked with a lot of car sales reps in the past. She made the process fast and easy. I would highly recommend working with Jessica if you are looking to buy a new or used vehicle or simply trade in your vehicle.
Nick was friendly and great. Knew what he was talking about and Got me in a car I felt comfortable in.
