The owner is very knowledgeable about what fish are being caught in the area. He supplied us with the right bait and we had a great day of fishing because of his help and fresh bait.

The workers are amazingly friendly they have grass shrimp and ghost shrimp but usually run out because its a high demand bait usually used for striped bass and sturgeon

Truly a convenient place to stop on the way to catch a big one. They dont have fishing licenses but they have everything else.

Gotcha Bait & Tackle in Antioch Calif off of Main Street is my go to place for bait and tackle, wonderful customer service and they have Blood Worms, Anchovys, sardines, grass shrimp, minnows etc. They also have fishing gear and accessories, chips, soda and candy. Make it your own go to place. Lol

I like coming here they have some of the best bait around fresh and live. Everything is reasonably priced and people here happy to help you and very polite. The guys here are all fishermen and will let you know anything they can about what you need to know or where to go!

Its the only place to go to buy bait if youre fishing anywhere in the Delta, they always have whatevers hot and fresh. They are opened early enough that you can get everything you need before sunrise.

Cant beat this tackle shop although its near the only one in the area to sell most equipment you need it has amazing customer service and knowledge of fishing in the area as well with recommendations.

I grew up and have fished in the area nearly my entire 47 years of life. Ive probably tried every bait shop around at one point or another and this one has become my go-to spot. Good selection, fair prices and the people are awesome. Wont spend my money anywhere else.

Best place for live bait, thet got what you need

Love this place. This is our go to place before we go sturgeon and stripe bass fishing. Items are at a very reasonable price. The fishing weights are cheaper than Walmart.

6/17/13AS HAPPY AS A CAT IN A FISHING STOREA couple of cool cats work here. Not to be confused with the two cats that live here. Meow! I had a fish once. It lasted a few weeks in my cat house. I should have known better. I bet these cats are well-fed!We stopped in and were surprised at how empty the store was. Thought thered be a lot more product to browse. The employees were helpful though and we talked a little bit about crabbing. The only purchase I made was for two packs of sunflower seeds. This is going to sound odd but they were the best sunflower seeds wed ever had. Nothing fancy, just Frito-Lays brand with Ranch and Flamas flavors. But they were the absolute best.Great little bait store with friendly service and loveable cats!
