Let me tell you if you cant find what youre looking for in a regular store, go to Bed Bath cause they have the as seen TV stuff in there!!! What?!?!!!The staff are always friendly, always say hello the moment you walk in. The store looks nice and organized!Okay so, I discovered this vacuum like months ago, its Shark VacMop! Since I got this I dont even use my Kirby or my regular vacuum no more! Love, love, love this vacuum! Today, I picked up more supplies for my vacmop!Go get yours!!!

Always leave happy, with 100 dollars worth of stuff I had not planned on buying, but which I am so glad to have. I asked a girl working there for a recommendation on a good saute pan. I figured she would show me some $250 pan. To my surprise, she took me to see a Blue Diamond pan. $32. It is the best plan I have ever owned. The staff seem to be happy and are always well informed and happy to help.

Found the pillows I needed but that parking lot is just plain awkward.

They always have really neat stuff here. They have a great selection of items for almost every room in your house and something we didnt know until yesterday was that they will take more than one coupon at a time which we did with five of them and really brought our bill down quite a bit.

Isles were very narrow but they have a lot of great products really great prices. And a wonderful coupon though we can be for the holidays.

This store has everything. I love shopping here. Coupons never expire, most sales associates are very kind and always asking to help customers. Gave four stars because of one employee, and she works all the time. Maybe soon someone will replace her.

Told a lady I was in a rush, politely cause they were going to leave. They purposely took forever to ring my two frames and wouldnt give me my recipe paper... shorter glasses curly hair. Just aweful customer service.

I came in here to return a pillow that was ripped inside of the plastic bag it came in still unopened and the customer service representative Shannon was so rude to me. She made me feel so uncomfortable. She tried to tell me that the store had never sold the pillow before so I had to go and grab another one and bring it up to her as evidence and she still was so hesitant to swap it out. Would never come back here these people are trained not to take in returns.

I went with my roommate to return an item at this location, it was purchased from this store and still in beautiful looking condition unfortunately the item was faulty and we needed an exchange. The customer service representative named Shannon refused to exchange the item claiming it was never sold at Bed Bath and Beyond which is a lie. She then refused to let us speak to the manager. We ended up leaving and called the store dozens of times trying to contact her manager but she continued to hang up on us. We ended up having to contact Corporate who is getting in touch with their manager. Her behavior was childish and unprofessional. We werent asking for money back just an honest exchange.

My order was ready within a 1/2 hour when i was given a 2 hour window!

I recerved a humidifier on line my 1st person and 1st point of contact was a woman behind register...i told her i was there for pick up ..without letting me tell her what it was she abruptly asked...NAME? I was trying to give her info and she said wait.wait..slower amd spell it..i was not the one rushing threw this she was..she said you must of called elsewhere...ahhh wrong.Asked were humidifiers were she pointed to left ..where fans are..ok my 2nd person of contact was a older male cashier..asked where essential oils where..did not acknowledge my question there was a third cashier present and to me it seemed as they were waiting fir the other to answer me...Dont ask any customer questions..its a bother to them....TRUTH.

A little pricey on some items, but they have a lot of goodies......convenient.

Its getting a cleaning right now. Jury is still out.

The aisles in this store are so small that 2 carts cant pass each other. You have to duck into a side aisle to let someone pass or just get stuck behind ppl. Also, no one on the floor to ask for help.

I tried to exchange an aero bed I bought from this store that was faulty the customer service representative name is Shannon she refused to exchange the bed claiming it was never sold at the store then when I ask to speak to her manager she hung up the phone on me I tried calling the store but probably 60 different time and each time she just hung up the phone do not go to this store they will not honor any exchanges of their items and they will refuse to let you contact the manager because theyre afraid to get in trouble for their actions very unprofessional
