They took great care of our repair needs. Thank you.
I have been going to the Ski Clinic for decades. Not too many places I can say that about that are privately owned. They do excellent work and stand behind it. Husband and wife operation and it works well. My selfish thought is always: I hope they never sell it. As a reference of how I can make these comments, here is a quick example of work I asked them to do:Ive had them replace/rebuild a 2011 Kawasaki 300x engine, built a custom lightweight hood/install bilge pump and switch, and completely rebuilt the twin carbs on my 800SXR, installed several sets of turf throughout the years on various skiis, etc...
Great place for your ski needs and a really friendly staff
They installed a bigger head on my ski. Has ran for years with no issues. Ran for 20 minutes after they worked on it and it ran lean ruining the motor.I took the ski back they wanted to charge me to fix it. I took it to another shop he took it apart and showed me exactly where it failed due to incompetent work.I had to pay for a new rebuilt motor and install to get it running again.Honestly I feel that they put the new guy on the project and it wasnt checked properly.. They cost me a lot of money. I hope they take better responsibility for the future. They did not stand behind their work even when it was verified they caused the issue. Very disappointed with how the owner Derrick handled this oneIf you feel like reaching out to reimburse me for everything, Braden Roberts
So the gentleman our office is quite efficient and not only knowing the equipment but being helpful to give their information. Ive been looking for a good place to work on my ski for a couple years and I finally feel like I found it. The only downfall I would say is that they are a victim of their own success. Ive been waiting to get my skis serviced since July. Its now October. If you are going to get your ski service there make sure you do it before the summer. Otherwise you wont get a chance to use your ski this year. Though Im complaining about it its not a bad thing. It just means that the really good and you got to wait for really good. I had them set up a motor for 94 SeaDoo GTX with a 657 engine. After testing in the water it runs great. Well done guys.
I took my older SeaDoos in for repair and they did a great job! Lizzy helped me and was very friendly and courteous.
Great service and quality work, I always know that I will have a good running ski when leaving their shop.
Every time I talk to anyone here over the phone they’re extremely rude and unhelpful, you’d think them being one of the only local ski shops, that they would want their customer service to be great but sadly it’s not. Simply, the rude owners/employees is the reasons I won’t give them my business anymore. Unfortunate.
Was referred here by several people I trust, no disappointment! All work was clean and correct, and the staff made me feel like a longtime customer. Its our go to place now.
What a joke I was given a 2-3 week estimate it’s been a month and a half and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY JET SKI When you try to call they don’t answer and when they do they’re really rude But I will say this they were nice in the first place when they wanted my money
Best of the best!
Eli was genuinely so nice. I will just give thwm.my business. 3k-5k quote. When running post new pic
Tanya and her team know what they are doing and do it well.
Took care of my problem quickly and went the extra to fix a few small problems thanks
This place does awesome work on stand up 2 stroke jet skis and sit down. No one better.
I had my 99 seadoo speedster sk boat in another shop previous who charged me a boat load and gave it back not operating properly. Then I thank the heavens I found The Ski Clinic, they got it operating great, 2 engines running in perfect harmony. The Ski Clinic is great for a few reasons, mostly because the people running the place are family and really CARE about their business, second (and my main reason for seeking them at first) is that they are near the water, which makes it possible to do a water test which can be crucial. (my previous mechanic gave it back to me thinking it was working but couldnt confirm unless it was on the water, which was going to cost a lot more because they were farther from the water). In conclusion, go to the ski clinic, they will help you and be very reasonable on price.
I spent all last summer trying to Jet and tune my X2 and failed. The clinic got it done in a couple of days. It runs like a champ. Unbelievable service.
Good family business. They have always taken care of all my PWC needs.
Derrick was awesome! I called from Texas to ask him a question about my 96 Seadoo XP and helped me solve the problem!
Best place to take your ski!
Derrick and Taunia are truly the most amazing people to deal with. Derrick went above and beyond in diagnosing a problem with our GTX 4-TEC EPIM module that East Bay MS completely missed, and then pulled out all the stops to get the ski ready for our week long Camanche trip on short notice.I truly cannot recommend this Indy shop highly enough. Dont go to east bay MS if you want a cursory look over your ski. Trust these guys. I mean it. They are truly capable and their service is second to none.A+++++++++++++. Shop of choice from here on out.
Great people, quality service, excellent price!
Great work on time.
If you need work done or graphics for your PWC...this is the spot.
I sent a short and sweet email detailing my problem and they replied with ok
Great
