Juan, the owner was very knowledgeable and helpful! I had to replace my R.O. Unit after 20 years! I wanted something comparable or better quality, they had it! The install was done the very next week. Very clean and slick unit! I have been buying water here for a while, few years in fact, I like the taste of water and the store is very clean! Neat!I have noticed customer service has changed a bit, they use to help with bringing the heavy bottles to your car on their carts, then, they stop but they will bring them to the front tables inside their store since the pandemic. Now, You have to struggle with an awful door and a cart to get out, they could hold the door open at least to get out faster and easier, but Nope!. Today, the owner did not even do that, he just told me your bottles are ready, kind of fugure it out! what happend to their excellent customer service?

Aqualife in Antioch, Ca is the best place to get safe, clean, purified drinking water. Its a family owned business operated by Juan and his wife. Customer service is always a positive experience. The store and all of its equipment is always clean and properly maintained. They implement CDC Covid19 safety guidelines and require face mask be worn and social distancing is required while in the store. I have been their customer for 4 months and I highly recommend Aqualife for all of your H20 needs.

I checked out the good mineral water, tastes yucky, like good water w/bitter, metallic flvr. W/O the bubbles. Its way too expensive, also. Just buy the cheap bubbly stuff, & let it go flat. Has the same amount of minerals in it.
