The store manager at this location Danielle was super helpful. She showed me how to Contour better then any other makeup artist has it was very natural looking and I love the powder Contour it then the ones I have seen on YouTube with the liquid much more natural finish look if youre looking for a contour advice I would go to her store and ask for Danielle the store manager because I had a pleasant experience!

I love this place! Especially when its early mornings or early afternoons. You get help easily from the staff that work there. The atmosphere this morning was quiet, so you are easily offered help if you needed it. For me, I knew what I was looking for, and found what I was looking for.

The employee yeahs were fantastic. Unfortunately I was there when 2 females of a particular race decided to raid the perfume I felt pad for the employees because one of them said it happens all the time. Talk about P TSD

Esmeralda inside Sephora, JCP (Antioch)was the most unprofessional and rude associate I have ever encountered, and I have been bringing my business there for over 12 years. When a return policy changes within a few months, its absurd to think that all of their customers are aware. I will do my shopping and returns online or go to Walnut Creek to avoid being spoken down to and treated like I was being scolded by someone who is still wet behind the ears. Disappointed.

Love Sephora! Does not have as much as the stand alone stores, but it is nice to have one nearby. Staff is very friendly and you can ask for a sample of almost any product.

Wow. Disgusting customer service. A sweet girl was helping me but then had to finish what she was doing with another customer. She then passed me along to Nicole to get a sample of primer. Nicole was so snotty, acted like she had much better things to do. After she gave me a sample she began to walk away and I asked if I could check out and she huffed and said ya. I will never return. Oh, and the sample she gave me isnt even enough for one application.

I left feeling to low! The workers are rude they ignore you after looking at u dead in the eye! & leave u standing there forever then they do tell u every product is their fav and the make up shelves are always ran sacked especially the Josie Maran section & thats the whole reason I go there is for the Josie products 😥 u are supposed to feel good when u go there & when u leave but not this location!

Not enough sales people to help out and not much products

All the girls in there were so nice they knew what they were doing and offered great customer service. They also told me about new products I hadnt heard of that I really liked.

The employees act like they dont know anything about the products they sell. Every product is their favorite product. Also theyre always out of stalk of everything. Dont go in there with questions because they rarely know how to help.

They NEVER have anything in stock. Everything is ran through and dirty and theres always a super long line. I am an avid sephora shopper and can say that this is the most pathetic location Ive been to.
