I brought in my 1964 Schwinn Starlet which hadn’t been ridden in over 5 years. It was rusty and needed some love! Thank you to the team’s amazing service and skill, this bike is better than I bought her for 10 years ago. The light and horn are now fully functioning. I’ll be returning as soon as the new tires in as they are back ordered. Come here and they will take care of you. You can tell the team enjoys what they do. Now time to be a kid again and go ride my bike :)

My wife and I LOVE this bike shop. I went in knowing nothing about bikes other than i wanted to get some exercise in on some trails this year. The owner was incredibly friendly and patient while I asked a bunch of questions. I never felt pressured to purchase and I ended up buying a much better bike because of it. Their mechanic did a quick once over and cut the handlebars to my size right then and there! 20 mins later i was riding home on the best bike i have ever ridden in my life!

We have purchased a bike for each of our children when they passes 8th grade and a bike for my wife. That is so far is five bikes. Next year will be number six. They do a great job on our tune up for our bikes from the 1970s bikes to our new bikes. Very friendly and professional.

Rick and his staff saved the day! I recently planned a bachelorette party with the original plan to boat on the chain. With the recent rain, the water levels were too high for an enjoyable boat ride. I found Ricks shop via google and read all of the great reviews. I called him and he accommodated a bike rental for our 8 girl group. If it wasnt for Rick, I would be have been scrambling. The bikes that we rented were in all great shape and we had no problems. On another note, I brought my bike from home and realized I had a flat front tire when loading it in the car. I brought it to the shop the morning of the party and Rick and his staff fixed it within 15 minutes. Rick then showed me how to put my front tire back on so I could avoid another flat. I couldnt say better things about this shop. This type of customer service is exactly why people shop local. Thank you again!

I had been searching for a Giant Roam 3 for quite sometime. I’m new to the world of cycling and this was going to be my first reputable bike purchase. I wasn’t sure what size bike was appropriate for me since my height is right in the middle of needing a small or a medium. Lucky for me though, as soon as I walked into Antioch Cyclery I was welcomed to a very kind staff who were all very knowledgeable about what they were selling. They were quick to have me test out both sizes and see what felt right. Antioch Cylclery is a 45 minute drive from where I live so it was a stretch to drive out there in search of a bike, but I am very glad I did. The staff here not only knows their bikes, but they take the time to talk with you and make sure that you are getting the perfect bike for you. What sold me on this place was not the fact that they could get the bike that I wanted, but because they made it feel a lot more personal, rather than just another transaction. I would like to point out that there are several bike shops within ten minutes of my house, but I will be glad to make the trip to Antioch Cyclery whenever I need something.If you are searching, or have questions, please check them out!Proud owner of a 2017 Roam 3.

What a great shop. I drive up here from Round Lake Beach, because the people are more helpful here. The owner is honest and helpful, and doesnt try to gouge me for every little thing. Accessories are 10% off for 6 months of bike purchase, and are installed free. This shop seems to carry Schwinn and Giant, but can get just about anything you want. They have some higher end stuff, if youre interested, but also stuff that starts around $300. Ive bought four bikes from this shop in the last year from these nice folks: two Giant womens comfort bikes and a Gary Fisher Simple City. Just today, I ordered a Schwinn Coffee 3-spd from them to replace the Simple City, which was stolen last year. I keep coming back because they dont talk down to me. They are patient and extremely helpful.

Jimmy at ASC Is more than happy to answer any questions aswell as I believe his name was Bob. They do tune ups on your bike if you buy it from them for over a year and they sure know what theyre doing! They have all sorts of bikes available and defintely very helpful people.

I had called them to see if they wanted to some work with the Cub Scouts and they didnt have the decency to return my call even to say no. I was very dissapointed with them and because of this I would not recommend them to firends.
