Great store to go this price is great and my first time there but I enjoyed it

Almost never enough help at the registers. The customers are more questionable then the employees, lol! While shopping for a few items, a man picked up Raw Chicken. .... opened it and smeared it all over the deli meat & cheese section. When it was brought to the attention of a staff member... The response was a shrug and okay. Needless to say, we didnt purchase anything in that department. Cat food has become difficult to find. Thankfully they had a nice stock of available at the time.

I always get the best deals in this store. This supermarket has a large variety of fresh produce and some good vegan options located in the organic section. The parking lot structure is a little weird as there is only one exit towards the north end, but if you are not familiar with his store, it will seem like there are many exits from the store to the Lone Tree side.

I went to the store today 8/12/21 and the cashier (her name is Camilla)was so rude to a guy behind me, that spoke only Spanish, the guy asked her if she was open and she told him the self check out is open dont you understand?! But the way she told him was so rude and i told her you dont have to be rude and she said mind your own business. It got to the point where she called me a B**** multiple times in front of my 3 kids. I will be calling corporate to complain about her.

No frills grocery store. Cheap and great for stocking up on staples. Lots of ethnic groceries. Produce surprisingly good for this type of store.

Dont really like this store, employees never greet you and its just an average store. When it was Luckys every worker there you knew by name. They were very friendly and the store had a deli and a pharmacy. This store is just a market, I rather drive farther away to Winco because they have a better selection and lower prices

This FoodMaxx is bordering on a health emergency. The shelves are covered with days and days of filth and juices from old meat and milk slim. There are meats in the reach in fridges and old discarded drinks all over.The floors are completely caked with dirt that hasnt been cleaned in days. The milk box carts havent had a deep cleaning in a while. The same dried milk scum observed since last week.Iv called the corporate number and sent emails about this store, with only the usual well do better response. If you can avoid this location and head down to the Brentwood CA location, you will not be disappointed.I truly dont understand how this store hasnt been shut down by County health services.

I will never forget, I was 17, I wanted to pick up some groceries for my sick father, but a lady wouldn’t let me inside the store, she told me “we don’t allow students inside the store, you need an adult” but then two girls from my school walked in and the lady didn’t say a word to them. So in other words they didn’t let me in because I’m black. I’m 19 now I’ll never forget.

FoodMaxx is a great place to shop around the Thanksgiving holidays. This afternoon we bought (2) 20#+ turkeys for only $6.00 each (0.29 cents/lb.). This fills my two large chest freezers very nicely ! I like their everyday low prices. Next to Winco, its one of my favorite places to grocery shop.

Worst customer service EVER!! Green meat..moldy strawberries.. everything over priced..

They always have 2 or 1 lane open, it seems like they are always short staff plus the meat looks horrible. they take for ever to restock bad bad service in this location!

This was a stop to pick up 2 items between home and a familys house for Mothers day. Store was ok but the lines to check out were crazy, I watched 2 potential customers put down items down and walk out shaking their heads.

Groceries are overpriced. Most items doesnt have price tags. When you check out you find it out to be overpriced. Winco and Walmart is much better options.

I like shopping at FoodMaxx. Especially do I appreciate the layout of the store with wide aisles and no displays causing obstructions. The food selection is fairly good, prices very reasonable, and no sales gimmicks. The staff is very friendly, too, and the checkout process was painless and seamless. The atmosphere in the store lends itself to a pleasant shopping experience as the acoustics are good and theres not a lot of noise.

If your in a hurry to do a little shopping, this place is ok, but the only catch is you must check if the self check out line is open . NOW IF ITS OPEN GREAT !! MUST HAVE 21 ITEMS OR LESS TO BE IN THE SELF CHECK OUT. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS IF THAT LINE IS CLOSED EXPECT TO BE THERE 30 MIN OR LESS.BECAUSE BY THAT TIME YOU WILL BE IN A NON EXPRESS LINE .BY THE IF YOU BANK WITH BOA THIS IS THE SAFEST PLACE TO DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAW.

Customer service was great during my shopping experience. Prices and the sales was great.

Went in around 8am and all the employees were very helpful and super friendly! No waiting just great quick service. Only issue I had was with the potatoes. The golden ones had quite a few green potatoes, they just need less light on them to keep this from happening. Green potatoes are not safe to eat. Great overall experience.

Friendly and clean store.

Every time we go into the store theres empty packaging, half eaten food and people stealing right in front of you. Just today there was this grown man shoving food down his pants and my 7 year old saw him and asked me why he was stealing and I had to explain to her that the management didnt care since weve reported it before with the Deer Valley HS kids and they said they couldnt do anything about it. Only reason Im giving 2 stars is because the clerks are often friendly and helpful.

Used to love going here when it first opened. Last time I went in there was human feces and urine in one of the isles. That was enough for me. I left my cart full of food by the registers and walked out!!!!

Loved the produce and the produce prices! The meats are fresh and packed in nice size packages. Parking is adequate and the staff called for checkers even though the lines were still a bit slow

Id read horrible things about this store in my neighborhood app. While they dont have the absolute best prices, they did have some pretty good deals. Theyre like Safeway, Raleys and Luckys, you go only for the sale items! I didnt encounter or witness any theft or it being unsafe. The store was clean and my checker was extremely polite and courteous.

Some staff is very helpful. But tonight the produce staff would not get any more product from the back and wanted us to just accept the brown lettuce on the floor. Then we learned why. The manager was just as bad. She would not honor a coupon with a rain check. Cheap is great but staff is not.

Good variety of items stocked. Prices are usually competitive. Could have more added bargains to out do the competition though. Not quite there yet.

Bought steak there and you can still see where the jockey gave it the whip.

Lines for check are way too long. They are out of things i need but thats ok but i just dread going to this store because of the lines. They need more cashiers alot more cashiers.

This is a very clean and friendly store. The staff makes you feel welcome. They are eager to help you find someone. I dont like the no cashier check out. If you dont use them the line is Long for the one real cashier.

No one was santizing no 6 feet markers on the floor think they need to follow the cdc guidelines.

I am disabled and the parking is far from the entrance and they offer no battery operated carts. Most prices are good and the produce is fresh.

Cleaner and better maintained than most FoodMaxx locations, with good quality produce. Some of the customers are a bit ill behaved, particularly a couple of groups of young teens who appropriate the special needs scooters, and the lines can get long, but the staff is courteous, the prices are reasonable, and it beats shopping at Safeway.

Employees show no empathy for clients. 6 people deep line with 1 cashier. Another employee said the cashier should be quicker.

The meat section is not packed well...you wind up with residue of raw chicken or other meat as you shop cross contaminating other products...and some of the checkers arent very nice...otherwise its your run of the mill food max

Foodmaxx please you need to turn on the lights around your building. is completely dark and scary. your logo is in the dark too. the area where you have bending machines is in the dark and SMELLY!!! as a female dont feel safe going there at night. looks bad, not inviting to go inside to shop. do something!!

Okay I didnt go to FoodMaxx but no matter how many times I skip this it keeps telling me that I was there yesterday so I would really love to go on to FoodMaxx because I saw their ad and they actually have pineapple for $0.99 a piece so I would love to go there but I have not went there yet but Google geez Louise quit popping this FoodMaxx up on my thing to review because I was not there I just drove by
