Only reason they didnt get 5 stars. Is because every place can improve!. But they Abs-solutely earn the 4 stars! No hassle or obligation to buy. Will take Vita Shop over the other place any day!!

It was as though I had acquired the power of invisibility. Nobody acknowledged our presence. The employees were more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. Maybe I went at a bad time but even the guy at the register wasnt friendly at all. It felt like he didnt actually wanted us in his store...like we were an inconvenience instead of customers. Ill just stick to Amazon to get my essential oils, then.

I was just in this store and the cashier was slamming things around and occupied on her cellphone that I was afraid to ask her any question about products. She had really poor customer skills, she didn’t even look at me when she was ringing me up because she was on her phone
