Their hours make it very difficult to get service. I work 8 to 4 and their hours are 9 to 5, 1/2 on Fridays and no weekends! But their staff is wonderful!!
Excellent professional reception. In spite of the pandemic, I felt comfortable receiving their services, because both the technician and myself, practiced safe distancing, as much as possible & wore our face masks, to successfully determine my hearing deficiency.
The staff is very polite and professional. My mother had a bad experience with anther hearing place, thus she was afraid to go to this hearing facility. Kevin treated her with kindness and patience. Mom received her hearing aids and had them adjusted. A few months later one didnt work, it was replaced immediately. I would definitely suggest others go there too. Even got an AARP DISCOUNT.
