When we arrived they were supposed to be open but the door was locked. After messaging them they got back to us quickly and explained that they had been in the cooler. I appreciated that they took the time to reach out and will go there again in the future.

They always have what I need at a better price then other stores. The parking lot can be a little chaotic but if you turn in and out off 173 its not so bad.

I go there for the ambiance. The prices could be better, but the customer service is spot on...

The sales rep that Ive dealt with isnt knowledgeable at all about cigarettes or kratom or any smoking supplies. Any question Ive ever asked he knew absolutely nothing about it. They are a little pricy. Some of the kratom is cheaper than surrounding places not all.. but it is still more than double the price compared to the manufacturer web site
