First class machine shop. They keep their equipment clean and their process is lean. They make an excellent product and treat both vendors and customers like their family. Guido and Victor are great guys.

Those people who gave this company 5 stars were only talking to the owners for an hour, therefore its a unreliable review.This company is the most unprofessional childish place I have ever worked for. Ive ben here for 3 and a half years. They talk behind the companies backs they work with, and look down on them. The companies are no tea aware of this. They slander their names and the people that work with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.Now onto the employees. These people are some of the best workers I have worked with. Theyre hard working and get their jobs done with ease.The employers Todd Giombetti and Victor Moore are the worst bosses anyone could ask for. They dont treat their employees like humans. Theyre nothing but dogs here. They target individuals who speak up for themselves in this poor excuse of a business. Nobody gets the recognition they deserve. All they do is target people to get them to quit, or they continue to treat them like trash. When I was working here I had rules for me and me only. Everyone else could do what I couldnt. One of the most inhumane things I was not allowed to do was wash my hands before my lunch. I was forced to eat with filthy hands, and it was disgusting. They hold money from people VERY OFTEN, are extremely childish when conflict arises, and barely know how to do their jobs. These men are delusional.If youre a women you automatically get better treatment than the men. These illegal Mexicans they have get in no trouble NO MATTER WHAT. They can wash their hands before lunch, no reliable transportation to work, dont have to fix their own machines, they get it done for them, wont get yelled at for crashing a machine, etc. Its vastly unfair. I did a hell of a lot more than them and after less than 2 months of working there, these women made more money than me. Its stup Id and pathetic. This company needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY.Im also Todds cousin. I have one other cousin who works there with us. The man tosses family into the gutter and doesnt think twice about it. If youre family, youre nothing. He brings family problems into work, and builds off that to screw us over. He has never worked for anything in his life. He gold dug an old woman old enough to be his mom, took her money from her, and married a woman he met over world of warcraft. How sad is that? This is how he has everything he has today. The hardest thing hes done in his life was find the right old lady to gold dig. Its disgusting how Im related to this worthless pile of garbage.Victor is todds dog. When Todd is mad, Victors mad. When Todd is annoyed, Victors annoyed. Im sure you understand by now. Victor cant do anything himself without todds approval. They both literally try to find something to complain about. They go out of their way, to treat people like garbage. Its frustrating as an employee there.If you do not believe anything I say, please talk to the male workers there.
