So the other day when I was thinking things couldnt get any worse I go to get gas and realized I had lost all of my cash over $500 had no idea where I lost it. A few hours later my phone rings and its Michelle from CubeSmart storage telling me that you found my cash in the restroom I was in tears I was so happy theres not too many decent people out there but she is definitely an amazing person I was so happy I would definitely recommend this place to anybody nothing but good customer service friendly people and wonderful experience every time Im there Peter also is amazing they go above and beyond

The CubeSmart facility at 1790 Vineyard Dr in Antioch, CA is a clean, new, modern facility with VERY competitive rates. Peter, the manager, was extremely helpful and efficient in getting us the best unit and location to suit our need.

This place is amazing the staff is awesome the manager Peter Kroeger the tall German man goes above and beyond. His customer service is impeccable showed me the units, ie different sizes so I could see how much room I really needed. The facility is extremely Clean and has state Of the arc security. Highly recommend this place to anyone in our local area the price is unbeatable.

We needed a temporary storage so I googled public storage and CubeSmart popped up. I pulled up their website and was able to reserve a storage unit online. A little concerned because we were needing it in a couple weeks so I called to make sure it would still be available and all was okay with my online reservation. All was good!The ladies in the office confirmed my reservation and were so nice and helpful! That was super easy!When we arrived the grounds were very clean and looked very secure. The process to complete the in-person transaction took about 5 minutes... very quick!The climate controlled building was very, very clean and they also offered carts to assist in moving your items to your storage unit.We are very pleased and feel our items are secure at CubeSmart!

Michelle actually found me as I wandered around lost, brought me my key and lock, showed me my unit, and helped me adjust my passcode to something I can remember. I really appreciate her help and look forward to dealing with her in the future.

I needed a storage unit moving from Antioch to Oakley and I thought this place was the best middle ground. I reserved a spot online and made the mistake of picking a unit inside the hottest spot. Monica and Margaret were awesome inside. Monica helped me switch my unit to the air controlled side where in 100 degree weather made moving a breeze. Then fast forward a month I now need to switch units again because I underestimated the amount of stuff I had. Margaret helped me reserve a unit and Monica was so kind to give me enough time to move my stuff into the larger storage unit. I have had 5 star communication and friendliness from the staff and people who use CubeSmart. Worth the price for best customer service and clean units.

We have had fantastic service at Cubesmart in Antioch. Monica the manager is fabulous. She really takes the time to get to know her tenants. I appreciate her intuitiveness.Prices are decent and they have covered RV which we appreciate as our last place was a dust bowl. Even have a complimentary clean out which we appreciate.

Visited this brand new store the other day. It is so beautiful. I met a young woman named Monica she was polite and very knowledgeable. I needed to store a car, however this site only stores recreational vehicles. If I had RV to store Id definitely rent from her. Lots of nice amenities.

I had a very good experience here. Bobbie the manager is very friendly and professional. The facility was clean and spacious. There was a Plexiglas wall between client and staff and staff wore masks. We got 15% off which was nice!

Bobby and Monica were fantastic and fun. Somebody should give them a raise. We needed a bigger unit after halfway thru packing our unit. They laughed and helped me get into a larger unit while still carrying over my discounts. The facility is pretty new as of June 2020.
