The wife and I needed photos to renewal are passports, after taking photos she offered to print out the applications for the renewal process, we took her offer being the wife and I never had done this before. We filled out the apps then she doubled checked everything for us then packed everything up and mailed them out for us. One stop shopping!!! Much appreciated her help thanks again!!!

Saturday June 8,2018 9:40 amThe Post Annex at 3377 Deer Valley Rd.Antioch, CA was not open!Website and store houses posted on the door say the store opens at 9:15am. My daughter, son-in-law and I waited 25 minutes from 9:15-9:40am. The store never opened!We went to the UPS store to get our live scan since this franchise is so irresistible.Very disappointed and frustrated to have wasted my time with this company!Just spoke with the owner. She said yesterday she knew she had a doctor appointment this morning for her hand. But she couldn’t be bothered to post a note on the door stating she might be late today.

Very friendly owner and the staff. One stop location for all the shipping and office needs. No long lines.
