This was my first experience with an auto body place after the new car got backed into. Pauline Herrera is a joy to work with! She made the process easy and painless, and she works with amazing efficiency, covering all the bases. The work the shop did is excellent, and was done earlier than expected by about 1/2 a day. Pauline had Angelica bring me home and pick me up again, and she too is a great gal and a pleasure to chat with on the rides. That was a great service as it meant we did not have to hassle with getting a rental car. All in all, Excel did a fantastic job! Thanks to everyone involved!

Pauline Herrera was excellent kept us completely informed on the time frame of our repairs. Handled the car rental as well. The work done on our 2018 Escape was excellent as well. I cant say enough good things about Pauline and the service we just received. GREAT JOB PAULINE

These guys are awesome! Took my car here after an accident and not only did they do amazing work but it was done in only a week. Pauline was great and gave me regular updates even though I wasnt able to get back to her. Every person I spoke with at the shop was polite and helpful. Highly recommend dropping your vehicle off here if you need some work done!

This was my first time needing a body shop. They were recommended to me by a friend/my car guy. I was really happy with this place! Pauline was on top of everything, very professional, kept me updated, and my car was done quickly! My car came back to me 10x cleaner than I left it! I was very happy and I will definitely use this place again if I need to.

Just picked my car up from Excel Collision at the Horne Ford dealership in Apache Junction. I had a minor right fender repair. The work was completed as promised and was a excellent repair. looks like new. Great job guys and gals.

I would really like to thank Tyler and Pauline they both are very wonderful caring people. they are both easy to talk to and they made us feel welcome. Tyler gave me the estimate on how much it would cost but before we would continue proceeding he wanted the mechanic to make sure my car would be worth salvaging. We had the WORST experience with Excel Collision. They have an excellent representative, Pauline, at the front desk. But it’s a bait and switch. She gets you completely set up and taken care of, but then the service on the vehicle is terrible. Four months later and we’re still coming in to fix missing parts and damage that was not there when we brought the vehicle. The communication is terrible. The updates on the vehicle repairs are completely inaccurate. We will never return or suggest Excel to others. PLEASE save yourself a lot of frustration and wasted time—go elsewhere!!Update: I can’t honestly change the rating because our experience was just that bad. However, I would like to express my appreciation for Pauline. She genuinely cared for us and entertained my two year old each time we came in and waited on the truck. She delivered the best customer service I have ever experienced! She also called to check in when she found out about my review. She sincerely apologized and explained (on behalf of the owner, who of course didn’t reach out to us himself) the reasons things went wrong. We love Pauline! Excel Collision needs more dedicated, responsible, and caring employees like her. Thanks again, Pauline.

Communication about progress of repair to my 2012 Focus was great. No surprises and the car looks great. I will definitely bring another car here again should I ever need a body shop repair.

I went to Horne Ford & met Pauline for an estimate on my damaged rear bumper & side panel. She was patient as I asked numerous questions, took many pictures, worked hard to find my decal part #. After getting 3 estimates, one of which was so much more, I returned to Excel. Pauline took time to compare this estimate with her own & showed me why there was such a difference. So, on Friday, I signed to have Excel repair my truck.I dropped off my truck at Horne Ford. An Excel employee (cant remember his name) drove me to a rental agency & took my truck to the Mesa location. The work was done in 5 days, saving me $ on my rental. Since I opted to forgo using insurance, Excel helped me on the cost.My truck looks like it just came off the showroom floor! You cant tell there was ever an damage. And they cleaned the inside too! They found a cd I didnt know was in the truck!I highly recommend Excel Collision. If I ever need another repair, I wont need to get multiple estimates, I wont hesitate to return to Excel Collision. Thanks for making this a pleasant experience!

We recently had our truck repaired. We were pleased with the work and the price. It was done in a timely manner. I appreciate the extra work they did to make sure my toolbox was not damaged I would recommend this place wholeheartedly

This was my first insurance claim. I couldnt have done it with Paulines help. She patiently walked me thru the whole process. If I ever need help again, Excel will be my first call.

They repaired a major key scratch and some other damage on the side of my car and did a great job, Des is a very nice guy and his crew do great work, If I need auto body work done again I will be going to them.

Six weeks, multiple supplements and a whole lot of poor communication later and we still dont have our car back.
