A good place for supplies but they need some help! I had to buy my work boots from wally world because I couldnt find anyone working except a cashier and the ammo guy! Love the place but maybe its to big for 4 employees!

Always helpful staff and friendly faces. Only wish the ac worked better for the employees there. Also a great selection of anything you’d need from pet supplies like dogs, cats, and even guinea pigs (why I come) to horses and chickens. This location is my favorite because the staff is very friendly and the young cashier is so nice and is pleasant to have conversations with. She always asks about my guinea pigs.

Shoppers has by far, the best deals on most of their livestock products and food. They are quite a bit cheaper on chicken feed, and on the baby chicks, then for instance the Stock shop which is very close by. There staff is friendly and very helpful. It is my go to place for pet supplies!

This store is great! Staff is very nice and always asks you if you need help.The store is very easy to navigate, I found every thing I needed. Service was very nice and went out of the way to help. Cashiers are very friendly. I definitely prefer shoppers over tractor supply!

The morale in this place is highly positive. Plenty of space to park in the parking lot they also have U-Hauls in their parking lot as well. I shop here on a regular basis whenever I need to get needles to do any sort of vaccinations for my pets at home and they always seem to look for you you dont have to look for them when you need to get something and get out.

Lots of useful items, customer service is great, i go there for my dog treats & misc items for rv & fifth wheel. I love this store!

A different shopping experience. More of a homesteaders, ranching, farming kind of place. Its clean, knowledgeable staff, friendly. They have excellent sales on a monthly basis.

The employees do not know the tools or the location of the equipment in the store. The four times I went I had to find my own items and show the employees and explain to them what they were used for.The only good service was in the outdoor area.

Amazing store! They definitely have stepped up there game this last year compared to the previous years. Stuffs priced, cleaned/organized, and the staff seems to be more responsive to customers. Great place to visit and see what they have!

We use to buy quite a bit from the Shoppers in AJ. We had one bad experience and overlooked it thinking the cashiers just had a bad day. As a person who never returns anything (I had a friend with me so I was feeling brave) I came in to exchange a stuffed dog toy I bought recently. My dog loved the the first toy I bought and after having it for quite some time was due for a new one. After having the second toy for a very short time the stitching on the back came undone completely and stuffing came out. I asked if I could EXCHANGE the toy and was told no. I explained I wasn’t trying to return it, just want to exchange for the exact item that wasn’t defective. I was told without a receipt they would not. Very disappointed!

Stopped in to fill up my propane tanks, they were very nice.

Great people but did not have what I needed

I cannot walk out of this store without buying something. Almost 70% of the time, it’s actually something I need.My dog also loves this store, they have some of the best indestructible toys as well as beds that aren’t indestructible.

Minimum knowledge of guns, ammo and hunting. Spent 30 minutes yesterday (4/20) waiting for a staff member and when one finally, FINALLY, arrived I can tell within seconds they had NO IDEA what they were talking about!! It seems like a good-ol-boy run organization and management. Heading elsewhere !!!

Have just about everything you need for your horse your cat and dogs and yourself. Very large store just fun to walk around and look at all the things. Have as many nuts and bolts as a big box stores have a good selection of power tools and battery tools. Check it out youll have fun!

Great store but a lot of items are gone.

We came looking to buy 2 big metal horse tanks for our yard but everything out in that area was a mess very unorganized with splintered wood pallets and t-posts sticking out from under things and there were no prices on anything so we could choose. We walked in asked for help out there took forever to find an associate. Was told someone would be out waited 20 mins no one showed.We took our business down to the Tractor Supply who was well and safely organized for customers to view all the tanks and best of all everything outside was priced and had plenty of associates available to help.Sorry Shoppers we wont be back.

I visited this store to buy miscellaneous supplies. The staff is nice, but they dont wear masks, even though Arizona continues to climbs up the charts with reported covid cases and deaths, which makes me sad. :(

Farming clothes, work clothes, dog food, horse food, live baby chickens, tools, snacks, and car stuff? They are eclectic and yet very specialized towards the people of Apache Junction. Prices are decent too.

Had what we needed, quick in and out.

Its an all right place, if you know the layout and what youre looking for then yes its a great place. This however being my first time through the doors couldnt even find somebody to ask where I could go and find a bolt and a nut. Other than that polite professional courteous

I was unaware this place was even here went in for a u-haul rental and was surprised to see everything they had in store and most of which was very fairly priced. Am definitely going to be returning for a better look around the store.

Hard to rustle up help but better place to go than Walmart when you dont need groceries.

A great old school, department store, general merchandise and farm supply store with a bit of everything you could possibly need. Bought some reasonably priced cowboy and work boots for me and my GF.Were only got through half of the site, so well be back to check out the other great things they have in stock. Great friendly staff as well!

People are very nice they dont always know exactly but theyll find somebody who does know about what youre asking about so thats good and if theres nobody there then you just wait make your own decision. Girls at the front desk though want you to have to everything up for him instead of coming around these days Im just scanning things its kind of weird and you dont always get bags unless you ask for them. Generally though everybodys very nice

They have do much stuff here for horse, dog, cat people...feeds, boots clothing and treats, tack and helpful employees. THE ONLY THING THAT TROUBLED ME was that there were several people there without masks. At 75, we do NOT want to catch covid-19. Nor spread it to anyone.

Hailey went above/beyond customer service to help me source qt canning jars. When a transfer equest from the Chandler store was not successful..she monitored their shipment from supplier and when it arrived..personally pulled my order from pallet, called me and held them for my pickup. Rare to find this level of service these days. Compliments to Hailey from a very pleased customer.

It a go to place if you have a farm,horses domestic pets or ranch equipment needs. Can get a bit disorganized with price tagging but staff is there to help every time Ive needed.

Bought a pistol from Shoppers Supply today. John Ford was the salesman and he was excellent! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and so considerate. He saved a few boxes of ammo for me so that I could pick them up after payday and walked me outside of the store after my purchase. Ill be back to buy from him again!

Well Im torn. Purchased sthil chainsaw with extended warranty for getting overpriced premixed fuel. Had to go back 3 times in same day. Total of 4 trips that ended with this store keeping chainsaw after refusing refund in order to work on it. My project wouldve been left unfinished except that I went out again, rented a chainsaw, and completed my task. Now ive returned, granted I did not call, but neither the ladies up front nor the lovely assistant manager was able to assist me on that day. I will update as we find out more about this shenanigan of the chainsaw.

Always have what I need unlike TSC but I wish theyd put a location in san tan valley. Seriously we horse people are desperate for one out by guys.
