What can I say that hasnt already been said about AWF; great family business, good prices and exceptional service. Everything was done exactly as planned. It was 400 ft. of tile and 1200 ft. of carpet. It turned out beyond our wildest expectations. I cant say enough good things about theyre installers; they KNOW what theyre doing. Last, I wanted to spend my dollars with a local business and Im glad I did. Thanks Mike, Nathan, Krissa and Dennis.

I bought some beautiful plank tile here a couple months back. This is a DIY job, but the owner gave me some tips and even delivered to my door at no cost. Great customer service and all around good people. I was really impressed with the out the door cost, which made my wifes dream a reality.

If you want tile we cant recommend them highly enough!  They did a beautiful job at 40-50% less (no joke) than every other place we contacted, and the level of service every step of the way was great.  After 5 quotes and high pressure sales pitches from other less than reputable outfits, we decided to stop in Arizona Wholesale Floorings showroom.  So glad we did!  The selection was unbelievable and had us rethinking the color direction we wanted to go.  We were removing carpet that previous owners pets had left unsalvageable and decided on wood-look porcelain tile (for the sake of our own pets and sanity).  Owners Nathan and Krissa let us browse on two separate occasions with zero pressure, explained some things about each of the ones we were considering that really influenced our decision ( i.e. Krissa warned the darker one would be busy which I appreciated) let us take samples home and gave us inexpensive tips on cleaning and pretreating the sub-flooring ourselves that worked like a charm.  Youd never know a pet had ever been in this house!  Nathan himself then came to measure and after seeing our home helped us decide the lighter tile was a better match.  We decided on a well-known tile brand that was on special and it ended up being a perfect match, just gorgeous installed.  As for the installation the gentlemen they sent to lay the tile have over 15 years of experience.  Polite, professional and their work is flawless.  We had a tricky curved catwalk type area and it looks really cool.  A separate carpet team was sent on the last day to make the transition from tile to our carpeted bedrooms.  They even fixed an extra area that needed repair!  We were looking forward to this tile mainly to just be rid of the carpet but had no idea how beautiful and upscale it was going to look.  Its like having a brand new house.  Dont hesitate to use these guys!  From initial encounter to installation we couldnt be happier with their service.

We researched many flooring companies before deciding on Arizona Wholesale Flooring. We needed extensive flooring repairs due to water damage. Pam was helpful in making a decision on the type of flooring which would be best for us, and Krissa reviewed the contract and explained every step of the procedure. Arizona Wholesale Floors has done it AGAIN! We decided it was time to redo our bathroom so we took a trip to AZ Wholesale Floors to see what they had. They had a HUGE selection of products to choose from. We told them what we were looking for and our price range and they guided us the entire time. They answered all of our questions and they were super friendly (they always are). We picked our bathroom tiles on a Saturday morning, and on Monday morning their guy was at our home tearing out our bathroom! He then showed up everyday from about 9am-5pm working on the bathroom. The work ethic of the gentleman was INSANE!!! I was super impressed! It was so cool to see the whole process take place since we were all home due to COVID-19. The entire remodel was 5 days total. We were waiting for tiles to arrive due to COVID-19 and those came sooner than expected! After the gentleman was finished, he cleaned everything up so nicely! This is a great company to work with! I trust them with a lot of our home projects!

After receiving quotes from multiple flooring companies, including popular ones who have popular commercials and billboards, Arizona Wholesale Floors are hands down the best priced, have the best customer service and the installation crew are extremely professional with their quality of work.The company is very informative throughout the process, and very professional from start to finish. The staff was super accommodating as I looked at samples for about an hour on a weekday. The person there, I think Pam, answered all my questions and gave me prices while I looked. They even let you check out samples to see how it looks on home. While I didnt move forward with new flooring, my overall experience was incredible.

Friendly and locally owned, we walked in without an appointment and were greeted with a friendly smile and shown everything wed need from educated staff. Went here for carpet replacement for the entire house. They were very helpful in suggesting carpet to consider. Once we decided and signed the contract, we were kept up to date of progress.Carpet was installed on schedule with very good results. Worksmanship was very good. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW!!!! We had multiple estimates from other carpet companies. They offered nice carpet at decent prices. I noticed that when they came and measured our stairs the measurements were different for each company. They all measured the same space!! Nathan w/ AZ Wholesale Floors came and measured, and I noticed that his measurements were less square yards than everyone else. I asked why, and he said we dont want to waste carpet that you paid for! What a novel idea. Everyone else was over measuring and wanting me to pay for the overage. Nathan and Mike at AZ Wholesale Flooring are very fair and HONEST!!! That is something you dont see much anymore. They just replaced the carpet on our stairs, and we will be returning customers to have them do the other rooms in our house. By the way the installers were incredible. They treated our home as if it was their own. Clean up was so amazing, and it looked as if no-one had even been there. Life long customers for sure. Please dont waste your time with other companies.

Im so glad I found these guys! Ive been working on the plan for my new floors for almost 2 years. When I finally got up the courage to pull the trigger, Mike and Nathan were so professional and reassuring that I felt that I was in really good hands. The entire process was flawless...Krissa emailed to confirm that my materials were ordered and would be here in time. When installation day rolled around, the guys did an outstanding job. I was especially impressed with the amount of time they spent prepping the floors. It was obvious that they intended to do a quality install and it was worth it to them to spend the time to do it right. Even though they spent a lot of time (to me!) on floor prep, they were so quick and efficient that the whole job was finished a bit ahead of schedule. I will recommend them to anyone who asks!

I had Arizona Wholesale Floors replace my builder grade carpet in my bedrooms with Mohawk Smart Strand. They also came in and tiled my office with wood look tile. I couldnt be happier with the final product. The entire staff at AWF were kind and knowledgable. We probably asked around 100 questions and they promptly and thorough answered them. Not only were they the best price, but they were the easiest and most straight forward to work with. I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to leave some of my new favorite people a review. I actually wish that I could put in more flooring right now just so I could hang with them some more. After visiting several flooring stores in the area, we found Arizona Wholesale Flooring. We arrived rather late in the day, but we were given a complete lesson on the newest flooring available to us and were given excellent advise to help us make our choice. The decision to use Arizona Wholesale Flooring was based on the great value that we were getting and the wonderful experience of dealing with Nathan and Kryssa Lucas, the owners of the family owned company. Nathan was able to have our project start right away. Their crew did an outstanding job of installing the tile that we chose. They were meticulous with the installation and very careful with our furnishings. Positive experience from the start! Before moving to Arizona, we bought new carpet 5 times over the years from good stores who all did a pretty good job. But not good enough to sing their praises. When we needed new carpet in our current home - large living room, hallway, 2 bedrooms - we did a lot of research on brands, types of carpet and padding. We visited various stores; three came out to measure and give an estimate. From the moment we walked into Arizona Wholesale Floors, they were the front runners. Mike showed us around, giving us all the time we needed without ever making us feel pressured. When Nathan and Krissa came to measure, they were not only friendly, but very knowledgeable and professional about their work. I was impressed with how accurate Nate was with the measurements. He didnt overestimate the yardage just to make a bigger sale. Nathan and Krissa run a fair and honest business. They made our decision easy. I knew going in that I wanted a higher end carpet and padding, but while we were deciding, they never made me feel like we should go more expensive. If anything, they told me the 6 lb. pad was more than enough, especially since its just me and my husband. But I really wanted to upgrade to the 8 lb. pad. Scheduling installation was easy, and Krissa kept us informed by phone and email. The installers were awesome. They did a great job, and cleaned up after themselves. Its been over a year, and our carpet still looks new. I wholeheartedly recommend Arizona Wholesale Floors. We also like that it is a family business. They are great people who do an excellent job!

Theres something to be said for going with small family owned businesses versus the big warehouse stores. To them, youre a person, not a number. We chose Arizona Wholesale Floors for that reason. It was a fairly small job, but the owner, Nathan, personally came to our home to see what our needs were and invited us to their showroom to select carpet and tile. Shortly after visiting the showroom, both the carpet and tilework were completed in the time frame quoted, very quickly and beautifully without any problems. Our installers did an outstanding job. I have never written a review before, but felt compelled to write this one because of the amazing experience we had with Arizona Wholesale Flooring. This company is truly built on honesty, integrity, customer service, and satisfaction. The owners, Nathan and Krissa, are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. Their support and patience during our selection/order/installation process was a blessing. Months prior to the completion of our house, we researched carpet companies. After visiting other showrooms, talking to sales people, and getting measurements and quotes, we visited the Arizona Wholesale Flooring showroom in Apache Junction…a family run business. We were immediately aware that Krissa knows carpet as she thoroughly and honestly answered every question we had about the various manufacturers and styles. We asked for several samples which were ordered immediately and arrived within days. Nathan’s measurements and carpet ordered were spot on. He did not add unnecessary extra yardage like with other companies we received quotes from, which was a big cost savings. Installation began just as scheduled. A manufacturer’s defect in the carpet, which required us to reorder/reselect, was immediately addressed. Nathan and Krissa couldn’t have been more supportive. Even though they would only get a credit from the manufacturer rather than a refund should we choose to not reorder the same carpet or order another selection from the same manufacturer, they encouraged us to pick whatever carpet we wanted knowing it might mean they would have to front the money for our new carpet should we choose to go with another company. We were now up against a timeline with regard to installation…my husband’s parents, who are in their late 80s, were arriving in less than a week to live with us. Due to Krissa’s immediate action, the carpet arrived within 2 days of our deadline. Nathan had a full crew of installers here with additional help arriving in the afternoon. Our 2 day job was done in one day and looks amazing! Nathan and Krissa did everything to encourage, reassure, support and make this process the very best it could be. They are an amazing couple who have outstanding business ethics. We would strongly encourage you to choose Arizona Wholesale Floors when looking for new flooring.

From the first day we entered Arizona Wholesale Floors we were satisfied with and impressed by the quality materials that were on the showroom floor and the owners who spent time letting us browse, answering our questions, and then giving us pointers about why one product was superior over another. Because of their experience in handling what we consider the finest products on the market, we were able to make choices with their expert help and to buy what we can enjoy with fewer restrictions and maintenance. This is important for us as we are in our retirement years and want to do less work and have more fun. The result was most professional looking and we are so pleased with the result.The second installation was carpet in two bedrooms and closets. Two different carpet layers did the carpet installation and were just as proficient and professional as the first two workers. They did not even take a lunch break and worked steadily until they were finished, cleaning up and vacuuming the area so it too needed no attention from us after they left. We just sat and enjoyed all the floors because they were so functional and beautiful.We felt like we had made friends with the people at Arizona Wholesale Floors when we paid the balance and left the store for the last time. I called to follow up on placing an order for tile but after less than a minute on the phone, the person who took the call said he would have to “let me go” because he did not have time to talk on the phone or answer my questions at the moment. Time to place my order elsewhere.

You *might* find less expensive flooring, but dont waste your time.The prices are quite competitive, and the installation exceeds anything you you will get elsewhere. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending Nathan and his services to my friends.
