We had just under 50 tons of top soil delivered by pioneer today & our driver was Gale, she did an amazing job and her customer service was second to none! Overall outstanding employee that more should strive to be like. Appreciate the great service, we will definitely be returning customers and reference this company to anyone in need.

I went there looking for soil for a garden and the guys were very helpful picking out what I needed and helping me through the process since Im not a contractor. The guy who loaded my truck answered all my questions and even went out of the way to bring a bucket full of another product without me asking from across the yard for me to look at for a future project. The soil I got was perfect, the price was very reasonable and the process was made simple because of the excellent customer service skills of the desk guy and the loader. Will definitely be back and will recommend this place. I will never go to the big box stores for landscaping supplies again. I wish I had gotten the guys names so I could mention them. Thank you again.

I was told to come here because they were the only pioneer that carried the product I was looking for. I called to make sure it was in stock, I spoke to Matt, who said it wasnt. Later I get a call from my customer, who called and was told there was plenty. I called by and tried to speak to Eric, because thats who the customer spoke to. I was put on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. You could have just said to call back later instead of making me wait. I get down there and made my order with Bailey, no complaints. Got my ticket and went out to get loaded. 22 minutes before the loader even came out. Then he loaded a pioneer truck, it was there before me, so no problems. But then, he loaded another pioneer truck that had just come in, not cool at all. After I got loaded I went to the scale and got final weight before paying. Looked in the truck, looked like 6 tons, when I was supposed to get 7. Got charged for 7. Exactly 7? Really? Does the scale even work. Worst Pioneer ever. I feel like they just stole the sign and put it on the building. Will never return and recommend others to use a different location.

Great work! Roy handled everything from phones ringing to a row of customers! Great customer service! Will be coming back for sure for more material! 10/10 recommend going to see Roy for sure!

03/06/17 came in to order a few tons of rock - noticed 2 charges on business card next day, spoke to Hunter, stated he would give credit on next order. Came in on Tues 03/14/17 to order 5 tons of same rock, he stated Friday, Sat delivery no problem. Hired rock spreaders, Saturday came, no rock, no phone call. I called Sat at 11:30 and he stated they are still waiting for that rock.. I said a phone call would be nice, said he would call Monday. Monday no call. Tuesday afternoon I called and Eduardo stated that rock is out everywhere, it will probably be a month. Called again and spoke with Hunter this a.m. and asked for a refund. This put me behind an important job for a week. If they treat their contractors like this...

I have purchased rock pepple granite landscape beams and flagstone and every visit I am treated with genuine kindness, and excellent help. And their prices are always competitive, or better for high quality materials. I really enjoy the personnel at the Meridian store...they answer all my questions and help me expediently. I will always buy from Pioneer

Everything was good until we tried to check out. It took about 15 or 20 minutes for them to run the credit card. Not our problem.

A few weeks ago my aunt was in your establishment when she witnessed your manager yelling and cussing at his employees. Needless to say that my aunt was very offended and embarrassed that a manager would carry himself in such a manner, especially in front of a customer. Not only was that unprofessional, but the way that he has yelling and talking to his own employees was appalling. The location where this incident happened was at the store on Meridian in AJ.

Turned me away 15 minutes before they closed. I needed to dump greenwaste and called to see when they closed. I was 1 mile away and he told me it was 345 and they werent accepting more greenwaste because they were closing in 15 minutes.
