Bought a 2006 Club Car about a month ago. I have never own a golf cart before and every one at San Tan Golf Carts were amazing during the purchase. I have had a ton of questions about the cart and everyone has been great over the phone or in person. Highly recommend San Tan Golf Carts!!!

We highly recommend San Tan Golf Carts. We went in with our only requirement being a lithium battery. Working with Don, we came up with a custom cart we are very pleased with. Questions and service were quickly answered. Don and his whole staff were friendly, courteous, and efficient. What a pleasure to work with and the cart is awesome too!

I cant say enough good about Don and his entire operation! After considering many other vendors of rebuilt carts as well as considering a new cart, we settled on San Tan. Working with Don, we chose the very best options that fit our needs in Saddlebrooke (north of Tucson). We went with a beautiful, candy-apple red cart outfitted with Lithium battery pack, which very much exceeds our expectations. We also have a Yamaha 2020 model with conventional, 48 Volt battery system, and so were familiar with potential battery drainage. This LIthium pack barely indicates on its battery monitor, any usage whatsoever, after travelling 5 miles to and from the lower golf course, playing 18 holes. Plugging in the charger after that only requires less than an hour to fully charge the barely used part of the total capacity of the battery. Also, the upcharge for the lithium pack (over the ordinary system) was incredibly very reasonable and affordable. Dons been in the golf cart business for years, and knows that happy customers are his best advertising, and he prepares carts with that in mind. He hand picks carts from clubs that he knows takes care of them, and usually gets carts that are not used for at least half of the year. (Like snowy climates). So, you start with a cart thats seen minimal usage. As far as customer service goes, even trips to Saddlebrooke from Mesa are no problem for San Tan. Within the first month of us having the cart, we experienced a windshield problem, and within three days, Don himself, made certain a brand new windshield was in place to replace ours. Our street here now has four carts from San Tan, and everyones very pleased, with no problems whatsoever. My good friend even ordered what he wanted over the phone by looking at available paint/color schemes from the website, and got a firm price by phone. We all love San Tan, the no-pressure attitude, and the willingness of the owner to provide a great experience for his customers. Also, until I heard of San Tan, I had had no awareness at all of this business or its operation. Really, overall, in total, a great experience!!

I had two golf carts refurbished which included new lithium battery, new paint, wheels/tires and a few other items on one of the carts. Each cart was to get a full service. Majority of the full service wasn’t required due to having new battery and wheels and tires. What was left to be done was lubing joints and replacing oil in differential. While dealing with San Tan was pleasant, their shop quality was not what I expected. But what caused me to make this review was being charged for work not performed. The differential oil replacement was not done. I only found out because of some other work being done by a local EZGO shop. There was no oil in one cart and very little in the second cart. When I informed San Tan, I was told the invoice showed the work was done. I responded I wanted to talk to the owner. I received a call from Don, owner. Don asked if I had pictures. I did not have photos on the cart with no oil but the second cart was not at their shop yet. I asked the EZGO shop to check the differential and take photos, if the differential was not cleaned and had oil. The EZGO shop sent me photos showing there was very little oil and a message that the differential lower plate had not been removed. I sent the photos and message to Don. As of this date, no response.

I would just like to say thank you to Don and his staff, they have been very courteous, helpful and straight up just the way I prefer to do business. Great price as well I got what I asked for and for the price we negotiated. Thanks again Don

My brother and I came to San Tan Golf Carts to buy our parents a cart. We live in Chicago and Seattle so we had to buy something quick and fast. We ended up going to found. Different dealerships. The timing didn’t work while we were there so we got worried about working with a dealer that could help us out via phone/email. Dealing with money, titling, delivery, build, etc.Don and his staff were amazing. They took our phone calls, answered our emails, and build a great St Louis Cardinals Custom cart for our parents.I would highly recommend this place for any of your golf cart needs!

My wife and I visited SanTan and met Don and Cassie. We looked at their carts and spoke to their cart technician, we were very impressed with everyone. A week later we came back after shopping around and ended up buy the golf cart of our dream from them. It was a totally awesome experience.
