I originally took my Polaris 570 Ranger to Travis in late August of 2020 for a simple valve adjustment. Something was not done correctly and all of the oil shot up through the valve guides. I took it back to him if October for him to fix and correct the problem. It has sat there in his lot now for over 4 months. I have called and he does not pick up the phone. You cannot leave a message on his phone. I have texted him and he refuses to respond. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. On the few occasions that we did speak he would give me a date that it would be fixed which were never met. I strongly recommend you take your UTV to another shop to get work done. I have someone that wants to buy my Ranger and I can even deliver it to him. My only resource now is to get my lawyer involved and take him to court. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I am shocked he is still in business.

I have had both of my RZRs built at 212 and I couldnt be happier. Travis was very easy to work with. I highly recommend 212 for all your SXS needs.

I called the shop to have maintenance done up at Happy Jack. We agreed upon all the work that would be done for the quoted price. My downfall is that I had a family member deliver, pay for, and pick up my X3. I get the machine back and not all the work was done. I called the shop in case there some problem or unknown factor. They agreed with me and made no attempt to make it right. Just be careful. Make sure you confirm everything is done. Wish I would have not paid cash. Anyone who has done maintenance on these side by sides should have a rough idea of how long it takes to accomplish the normal maintenance tasks. I agreed to my price specifically because I was told the skid plate would be dropped, and the rivets replaced with some bolts that would help in future oil changes. The line “A dealer would charge more” is almost always true and not a sell point.

Traviss & his staff were awesome. They had my work done by the time that I was given. Travis was also at the shop after his closing time so I could pick up my shocks that they had rebuilt for me.

Travis is the man when it comes to utvs. He is honest, fair, and friendly. Dont get gouged by less then knowledgeable hacks. Nothing but good things to say about this place👍🏻

We had a freak accident in a brand new 2019 Turbo S velocity 4 . Travis took our rzr in made a very complete parts list and estimate for the Insurence company . Like super fast . I have owned my own auto shop and trans shop for 22 years . Travis not only knows what he is doing ; but also has an excellent work ethic and clean shop .
