If you buy an appliance from this store, you will be sorry! My wife and I bought a whirlpool washer and dryer from this store. The sales person told us to call the number on the receipt if there was any damage when delivered. There was a deep scratch across the top of the dryer. When I called the number on our receipt to report the damage to Sears I was transferred 3 times and they had no record of our purchase. I called our sales person at this store and she said “oh then you must have to call whirlpool direct instead of Sears”. She gave me another number for whirlpool and I got the same run around with whirlpool saying that the Sears store where we bought it is responsible for the damage. Called this Sears store back the next morning and our sales person was off that day, so I explained again about our damaged dryer and all the calls I had made. He took my info and said he would call Sears customer service and take care of it and would call me back in one hour. Been about 3 weeks and he has never called me back! Some of the worse customer service I have ever received in my lifetime!! We also did not get a $50 credit off our Sears bill like our sales person said we would. What a nightmare!!

5vstars for the friendly and knowledgeable staff! I had to subtract a star due to Sears infrastructure holding back the staff, resulting in the store being unable to match the prices offered by Sears online for the same merchandise, resulting in me not making a purchase either online or in store. Great job from the staff on site and I was impressed with their product knowledge!

Im not surprised this company is failing. We had a washing machine and dryer delivered today. They arrived at the end of the arrival time. They put the washing machine in side ways and the $90 dollar installation kit was the cheapest pile of $h!! I have ever seen. My dryer is almost a foot from the wall. Im going to have to buy new parts because of it.Youre a joke of a company.

One of the kids I nanny for loves to see kitchen stuff so I love that the employees are really nice and let a 2 year old ooh and awe at their stuff for hours. Everyone is always really nice

I will never buy anything from this store again. I bought a washer and dryer from them and within 3 weeks the dryer died. When I ask that they service it, they directed me to the manufacturer for service. I tried that and it has been over a month trying to get the manufacturer (Samsung) out to service the dryer. Ive called Sears and they still wont do anything. Its unbelievable that Sears wont stand behind the products that they sell. Not to mention, the staff was really rude and uncooperative when I called and in person. They are happy to take my money, but are non-responsive after the sale. Very disappointed!

Got a lot of help from Justin Colovi while shopping for a fridge, washer, and dryer. I was looking around at Lowes just before but got a way better deal and better service at Sears.

***Please read before making any big purchases from this location*** We bought a refrigerator from this location that we were told was a very good refrigerator despite it being higher than our price range and having poor reviews. After being assured it was a good product, we went ahead and purchased it. It has since broken and wont make any ice and the freezer wont work. Because we are still under warranty, we figured this wouldnt be an issue. Our repair request was set as emergency status and scheduled for the almost immediate date of August 11th. Wait. August 11th? Thats almost a month away! Dont bother shopping here unless you like to test your own patience. Any hot deals you find at this store are probably only there because all of their freezers are broken.

Do not buy anything from this store!! We bought a new door for our refrigerator, since we had dented the previous one. The door was shipped fine, but the person who came out to install it installed it incorrectly. I now have ice dropping onto my floor and the water dispenser doesnt work. The install technician was EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Ive now been trying to get someone to come fix the crappy install job he did for 2 MONTHS. Every time I schedule an appointment, they cancel the day of and say they dont warranty their work. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Had an extremely frustrating experience at this store. The salesperson was nice but provided the wrong info. The Sales Lead person, Brandon, was not understanding at all, even after confirming with his salesperson that she had indeed provided incorrect information. Brandon wouldnt do anything to make up for the huge inconvenience they had caused me, wasting three hours of my time. Very disappointed at the lack of professionalism!!

Went there looking for new appliances for my kitchen. We were in the store for about 45 minutes and no one offered us any help so we left.

Employees are so lazy and do anything and everything to get around helping you when the crap you buy from them breaks.

Brandon was especially helpful, & knowledgeable in the products we purchased!

These guys are AWFUL. Dont buy from here. I took the day off work for an install and when the company went to pick it up from the Sears Warehouse, there was no dishwasher. They also dont answer their phone.
