Loving my new windshield, i would recommend.

I had a horrible experience with them, poor technicians, and customer care service.Not responsive. After scheduling the service, Cascade auto will suddenly cancel the appointment, and they will say they are not doing the service in the area. They almost held my Groupon coupon for more than 30 days.Groupon also not able to influence them. These people are not able to honor their service.

Easy. Only suggestion is to have scheduled times.

I made appointment weeks ahade and they give me 7 hour window for the tecnician to come and replace the windshield. I was at the location where I was supposed to meet the techincian on time and waited for 10 hours (I wouldnt wait that long if it wasnt necessary to get it fix) and he didnt even show up. The customer service was not willing to give his contact info but keep telling me they couldnt contact him nor knew his whereabouts. The worst customer service experiance I had and I am still waiting. The bad part was I had schedualed to ship the car overseas the next day and fly out the day after, and it mess up the whole plan and cost me a lot of money. I will not recommend this service unless you are close to their shop.
