Great food store! Specialty items, clean, well stocked and friendly employees! Location is key....right off highway 540 in Apex!

Very nice store! Great setup... produce is in the front of store, as you walk in...and nice selection. Self checkout was a breeze! We needed assistance and the associate was responsive and knowledgeable. I dont live in the area but if Im around I will definitely return to this store.

The Meat, Bakery, Produce, Pharmacy & Grocery departments are Five Stars. The Deli used to be. Over the past couple of months my online orders for in store pickup have either been incomplete, not ready, or I find out when I get there they are out of stock (previously I would get a courtesy call). But Im sticking by hoping something changes. I love Publix & their people.

Will never shop at Publix again. They deserve 0 stars. They had the nerve to try to give me a wrap that looked like a rat had been gnawing on it. And then they punished me for asking for a different wrap by making me the worlds weakest sandwich ever. Go somewhere else if you want a sandwich worth your time.

I just love a Publix !!! Everything is nicely laid out and very clean . Everyone was very friendly . Will most definitely go back . Its our go to when we go camping at Jordan Lake !!!

Prices r too high. Good grief! The store is verynice but when I finish at the check out line and realize the cost associated with all that comfort and nice interior I believe Id rather less cost without the sizzle.

Publix usually has items not available in other stores. Pickup a BD cake that was great.

Staff was wearing masks and friendly staff. An employee named Trisha working at the cash register was extremely nice and personally brought my cart outside and helped me unload items into my car. Definitely my new favorite supermarket.

Cake is done well compared to other Publix locations. It had more of cream than actual Cake and it was too sweet to eat. We had to discard half of the cake. There is no option to choose smaller portions. Hope you guys can improve on the quality of cake.

Walked in the building for A couple of items. I go through the self check out and one of my items rang up wrong. So I Mentioned it to self checkout clerk. And his little snippy remark was “you probably read it wrong.” Excuse me I don’t think that your customer service skills Are satisfactory

Super clean, very friendly staff. A little pricey for my liking. Its the closest store to my house but I pass it in order to do my shopping elsewhere. I will stop in if I need to get one or two things quickly.

Great place, courteous employees, they all care for people and hire people who really need it. Also their products are great, only thing missing is Chocolate Corona which other markets do carry

This was my first time here and I enjoyed my experience. Staff stopped stocking shelves and walked with me, talking and showing me exactly where the item I searched for could be found. Kudos to the staff stocking near the deli, she was warm and friendly, and kudos to the meat dept. knowledgeable staff, took me right to the duck meat I wanted.Thank you to the managers that I spoke with before leaving, for giving praise to their staff.Excellent, Ill be back!!!

Find what ever you need the workers are very nice always asking if you need help looking for anything to asking if you need help carrying your groceries out to your car.

This is a bare bones Publix. It doesnt have some of the nicer amenities that Ive seen in other Publix locations. The stock is always limited and it seems they are always out of the items I am looking for. Like tonight. Wanted some fried chicken. They didnt have any around 630 and said it was still cooking. I couldnt wait because I have kids and things to do. Went back at 830 and shelves were empty. The only reason I ever go here is because of its convenient location. It seems to disappointment me about 25% of times I go. Ill probably start going to Lowes, Teeter, or Food Lion even though its a further drive.

While we were down south visiting my brother we went by the Publix to pick up some of our favorite items. (We used to live in the South, but now live up North, with no Publix within 100 miles.) Everything we got was delicious, per usual. Our favorites include the key lime pie, sugar cookies and chicken tenders.My brother had never had Publixs key lime pie before and usually doesnt care for key lime pie, however, we convinced him to try it and he loved it. He even went back for seconds.

Great food, prices and service. I have never actually loved going to a grocery store before I found Publix. Also, Rebekah over in the Deli is always so nice to work with, after closing the sub station down for the night, she fried up some fresh chicken tenders for me so I could have my sub.

Great supermarket with lots of choices

Very clean environment. Every employee was extremely nice. Everyone was wearing a mask! The fish looked beautiful, especially the salmon.

Good selection, fresh food. Meat slicing woman helpful. When checking out I was bagging, and very nice young lady came over and said, can I do that for you? So nice! And the cashier was very friendly and informative since I am new to NC and Publix. Ill be back!!

Young guy in deli department put Publix employees before all other customers. He also had online orders needing done md was ignoring them to do his side work. Then he started talking trash to another employee about customers waiting.

Great shopping experience, like normal, but only gets 4 stars because some young workers were using (during a busy time) the last car carts intended for parents with young children as a desk for their heater and clipboard, then seemed annoyed/inconvenienced when we asked to use it... I ordered four sandwiches from their deli, they got two of them wrong. Then one was supposed to be pressed as in a Cuban sandwich. It was not, which takes away from the taste. I hope they can get it right next time.

Being from Lakeland Florida, the home of Publix I love shopping there. We need one closet to Sanford.

Asked an employee if they had hickory farms and she basically ignored me and said I dont know with a scowl, she just walked off. Small petite employee with pony tail and glasses. Didnt catch her name but she had the Public apron on. So I went to ask guy in dairy and he looked it up in his phone. Not sure how that other employee stays employed there.

Absolutely love this Publix! Clean & Friendly staff. Everytime we walk in and down an aisle there is always someone on staff to ask is there anything we can do to help and are you finding everything you need. Great service!

Some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet work at this location. My daughter fell in love with Publix when we moved to the area over a year ago. She asked for a Publix themed birthday party. Day of the party only one child showed up. I put a post out on Facebook to one of the moms groups inviting anyone who wanted to enjoy the food we had to come over. Through this, Publix found out that it was a Publix themed birthday party. Their manager came over, and this was the day before a snowstorm so I know they were swamped, and had gifts for my daughter. Coming to the birthday party and surprising her with Publix apron and bag and all the swag was the sweetest thing. Publix will always have my business. They are good people.

Do not recommend to order on-line for pick up at a specific time - every time I did, the order was never ready by the pick up time, nor was it as requested (one time I ordered an Italian sub and they put ham and turkey on it...).

I love this store, I usually go to the bakery to get cakes done. Me and my sister had our birthday cakes done by Samira. Her skill in decoration and presentation is outstanding. 100 percent recommend getting cakes done by her.

Publix is a wonderful grocery chain, and it has managed to keep my business even though there are many other options in the surrounding area I could visit.The associated are friendly and knowledgeable. The store is always clean and well kept. The prices are generally reasonable.My only semi-gripe is with the deli. All of the associates in the deli are amazing, but because its so popular it often gets bogged down and is quite slow to finish orders.This could be remedied by ordering deli items online.
