The self check-out option at this Sheetz has been a godsend, especially in these times. Its always well-stocked and has become my favorite after-work stop. The staff may be super young but theyre all helpful, and I always get a kick out of the signs they make in-house. The typos are weirdly adorable and refershing!

The hogs 🌭 with ketchup, cole slaw, diced onions was absolutely delicious! Slushy’s was way to sweet 😩I had to throw them away. Cashier Dawn did let me exchange the slushes for a Mountain Dew Frost which was extremely nice👍🏽!! 😊🤗🙃

Their new self checkout system is confusing and the cashier was extremely frustrated that no one was using it. She was very rude to myself and the others in line. It’s not our fault the system is different than what it’s always been.

You really need to educate your employees. There is a 5 month extension on all expired driver’s licenses, but most of all you need to educate them on proper customer service. Unacceptable visit yesterday, she was condescending and chose to educate someone on a matter that she knew nothing about, while getting into an argument with multiple guests waiting in line.

This store has gotten disgusting pump handles are nasty, concrete full of oil and dirty. track it inside your car. Just about all the pumps are out of order. Sheetz has gone down hill.

The main part of the store is clean. We had to wait a bit to be checked out which is understandable if you are understaffed. Food has always been good here. Couldnt stomaching eating tonight though. As my family sat to eat dinner I went to relieve myself. OH MY GOD! I have never smelled the smell of sewage as bad as the womens bathroom. They had 10 of those air freshener trees you see hanging around the mirror of people cars. They were hanging all over the bathroom. If I could find a means to post pictures I would. It was sewage smell. More than just someone having blown up the bathroom. I quite lost my appetite and couldnt stomach trying to use the bathroom.

You’d be surprised by the quality of the food at Sheetz. Their hot dogs are better than most regular restaurants. They also have a wide variety of pastries, milkshakes, traditional grocery items, and self-serve coffee.

I go here everyday for lunch at work for the most part and every time it is an exceptional experience! Huge thanks to the staff 👍🏽

I probably shouldve wrote a review for this place a long time ago. It is the last patch of civilization on my late night treks from Raleigh to Sanford. The store is always immaculate along with the rest room and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. And, last nights experience was even better!! When I arrived the food counter was full...people waiting and people still putting in orders so I knew it would be a wait but it was not what I expected!! The staff was working hard and constantly putting out orders and they knocked that line down faster than I could imagine. In the midst my drink was over looked and as soon as they noticed they got right on it and in an attempt to rectify it offered me a free donut but I wasnt upset because again this team worked together like a well oiled machine to meet the customers needs & truly appreciated that! I wish I had names to drop but it was 2 guys and a girl. THANKS A BUNCH!!

Terrible food prep cheese is covering everything. I love sheetz, but I would avoid this location. The cashier also would not take a debit card for lottery....its 2020, who carries cash anymore?

I absolutely love Sheetz, their MTG menu is great and I mainly go there for breakfast, but there is so much more to be had! For fast and easy service, go there! Now dont take this the wrong way, when they are busy during peak hours (Lunchtime etc...) they are packed and it could take a while to get your meal, but well worth the wait!

I go here for food, lotto tickets, and gas. I really am pleased with the level of service I receive when shopping here. I love their cinnamon buns. Not too fond of their breakfast food. But other than that, great store

My go-to Sheetz. They have all my favorite snacks, bathrooms are always clean, and gas is cheap. I go there several times a week and pass several other convenience stores to do it.

The employees here are usually ALWAYS VERY on it and friendly however theres been on several occasions 2 particular 1s that ignore you and make you feel like you shouldnt have even asked whatever question.... The food is ALWAYS pretty GREAT so overall its 5 star from me cause you are ALWAYS gonna have this few in the crowd!!!!

Great prices, very competitive! Sheetz offers the largest variety of items for a gas station. It is actually a convenience store or mini Mart. They are generally always clean inside with clean restrooms. I really appreciate how well lit the exterior is at night. I do recommend that they offer a higher grade premium; thats the main reason for not using them any further. I like 93 octane. Their highest was 91.

As far as Sheetz go, its pretty solid. It could be a bit cleaner on the inside, but its adequate for a gas station. Ive eaten here a few times and have enjoyed my food every time.

I go here every week and I always get great service and really good food and drinks! Their frozen hot chocolate is to die for, as are their loaded fries, their slushies, and tons of other things. The wait is very short for food, and they always have tons of really interesting new food around the place! Definitely a must if you need a snack or some gas!

I dont think there are many gas stations that I stop at where I say to myself hey lets get food here. You couldnt possibly get food poisoning but here it is. Also if youre there for breakfast a steak schmonster burrito is a must have. I like all sheets for the same reason but this one in particular is very nice. Excellent customer service and clean facilities. The only reason it gets 4 stars is due to the awkward location and traffic pattern required to get to the store. But other than that it is great. And also good for the self esteem. Staff is always eager to compliment

When they first built the Sheetz, their gas prices were competitive. It seems in the past year their prices were more expensive than their competitors. They are consistently the highest in Apex.

A guy named Chad was so quick to help me when mopping. I had a question about the DIY milkshakes and also points my Sheetz card. He immediately stopped what he was doing to help and when I was ready to check out, he was at the till to help again, thats true customer service! I will definitely be returning when I pass through again. Thank you for hiring such great people! Ive never been let down by Sheetz.

Always have had good experiences here. Restrooms have been clean, huge selection of coffee, drinks, and snacks. Lots of pumps, decent gas prices, and convenient location. Easy to get in and out quick.

Best gas station chain for road trips and some of the best coffee. Clean, nice staff, and wonderful selection.

Easy on/easy off Ten-Ten Rd exit on US-1. Store has everything you would expect and then some. Coffee is alwas fresh, sandwiches, appetizers, and other food prepared to order better than average for a service station. Has table and chairs inside and out to sit and enjoy your food. Experience at other Sheetzs was they usually always have one of the lowest price for gas, but for some reason this locations gas prices are usually 4-5 cents higher than other nearby stations.

The service is very poor. Especially in Apex. They make their specialty milkshake without ice cream. But instead with ice. They have a ice cream machine but rather put ice in your milkshake. I just left this Sheetz first i came into the store was greater my nice lady. She said your Sheetz card isnt registered online because its not taking off the 3 cents I said well Ill go get my phone and use the app mind you same carrd number. When I came back 19 people in line. I waited patiently. When I get my turn again. She cant get the register to let her out in the amount of gas. She asks for assistance. Danny comes over ask me if the nozzle is in the tank. I said no. Finally I said Ill just go somewhere else. Danny reply was ok. Really not. Hey lets get it delt with.

Decent selection for any drink you choose....food hot & cold, snacks, gas, etc. Into and out the parking lot can be wierd. Watch for traffic!

Every single time i visit the apex location, they take forever with my food/drink (which one time took over 20 minutes for a milkshake). Also, on multiple occasions my order has been gotten wrong, or the meal/deink was WAY too hot. Staff are well-mannered, but not quite inviting. If you want faster,more accurate,and more energetic service, stop by the sheetz in Fuquay-Varina.
