Everyone that works here have been extremely helpful and nice. I really enjoyed my visit and they got my glasses fitting better than any other place Ive been to. Also cant beat their prices! Thank you for the great service it was top quality.

Was there yesterday, and salesman was polite, however when I gave him my glasses and asked to get replacement lenses; he said he was unsure how to order them and needed to make a call. Salesman then was totally unconcerned about my inquiry as he spent over ten minutes talking to person on his phone about whether they were coming out to open mic night that night and didnt even get to the supposed reason for calling. I got frustrated with him and left.I work customer service, and I would never do this let alone in front of a customer. I will wait until a different sales person is around next time. The staff have always been very helpful.
